  LSC was hired to do some landscaping, weeding, remove a gazebo and install a door in our house. He did a little work inside our house when he was hired by a restoration company (house was hit by lightning). He was fired because of the quality of the work. We didn’t realize he didn’t know what he was doing until after we hired him to install a door for us- not part of insurance claim. Most of the outside work was satisfactory, however he inflated his invoices with work/items he did not do or overcharged for items already paid for. Example: he charged $350.00 to haul away debris when he used our dumpster from the restoration company. We paid him $321.00 for the purchase of the door at ****** and we said we would like it delivered to us. His answer was he would return the door since we won’t hire him and would only give us a percentage back. He kept the remainder of the seed and fertilizer, which we paid for and when weed whacking he put slits in the hoses to our trailer which we live in because of the fire. The chemicals he used for weeds made some of the trees turn brown and our yard is still full of weeds. This is just a brief outline of our dealings with this company. We would like to be reimbursed for the overpayment for the overcharges and the door which we paid for and replace the hoses that he slit while trimming the grass. His last comments to us were: you canceled service and will return door and credit a portion to your card. We told him he was a very poor businessman and his reply was that he dealt with customers like us all the time sir-cheap!   When I filled in the amount paid to LSC and Co. I put in the almost full ($7,000+)  amount. However, I only want to reimbursed for what I think is owed to me - $321.00 for the door, 350.00 for hauling debris (he used our dumpster) and I don’t know how much the seed and fertilizer cost.  He also did not replace the hoses that were damaged by him while trimming grass.  Most of his work was satisfactory, but I feel he inflated or overcharged what was due him and I only want what is rightfully owed to me.
