I purchased a dress from this company on May 17, 2022. According to the website, items are usually recieved within 3 to 5 business days (which should have been May 22, 2022 at the latest). I was provided with a tracking number for the dress and as of today, the USPS tracking states that it is awaiting the item. The package was created but the item was not recieved from the business by the post office. I called several times to inquire about my order and sent messages via ** ********* as stated on the website. I finally talked with someone yesterday and was told the item was lost by the post office and given a new tracking number. I checked the tracking number this morning and I have the same message, **** is awaiting item which means it has not been shipped. I tried to call this morning and did not get an answer. I sent another message on ** ********* as well. At this point, I am requesting a refund for the item purchased from the vendor.Customer response
