On June 25th, 2021, I placed an order will the Rock Yur Wall ******* page. As of June 30th, 2022, I have not received my order. My order was for the following: Magic the Gathering Illuminated LED White Sun Mana Symbol Logo for Mancave Game room or Child's Bedroom × 1 ($95.00) Magic the Gathering Illuminated LED Red Flaming Fireball Impulse Chaos Mana Symbol for Mancave or Child's Bedroom × 1 ($85.00) Magic the Gathering Illuminated LED Green Instinct Interdependence Mana Symbol for Mancave Game room or Child's Bedroom × 1 ($85.00) Magic the Gathering Illuminated LED Blue Logic Technology Water Mana Symbol logo for Mancave Game room or Child's Bedroom × 1 ($85.00) The shipping cost was $80.08 and a tip was added for $20. The total charge was $450.08 As of today, June 30th, 2022, I have attempted to contact the owner 4 different ways. The first was about 6 months ago. I messaged the owner through the ******* page and never got a response. As of three days ago, I have attempted to contact them through the Rock Yur Wall ******** page, the listed email address, and the owner's personal ******** page. All attempts have gone unanswered. I ordered 2 signs from Rock yur wall on 2/18/21 and have gotten multiple excuses as to why I have not received them. I have contacted the owner of Rock Yur Wall multiple times about sending the signs or refunding my money but have gotten neither.Initial Complaint

I had made a purchase from Rock Yur Wall (aka Dave H******) years back when he was running his business on ****, and outside of a few delays, everything that was purchased was received. In January of 2021, I went to buy another item for him, only to learn that he had left **** for his own shop on *******. On January 25, 2021, I purchased a wall hanging light in the shape of the wrestler Sting, paying over $200 after shipping. I was told that it would take 6-12 months due to his backlog, but it has been eighteen months now and I haven’t received anything. I have tried contacting him via email, *******, ********* *nd I******** (as well as his wife on those same methods) since the twelve-month mark, but to no avail. All of his social media has since gone silent, and his ******* website in now down as well. Additionally, there is a long line of other people in the same boat as myself, as seen on various posts to the Rock Yur Wall Facebook and Instagram Pages. I’ve know since my **** purchase with Dave that he had very poor communication skills and business ethics—he refuses to hire extra workers or limit order windows in order to make as much profits as humanly possible—but this is a new low for even him. If he cannot produce the piece of artwork I purchased eighteen months ago, I would like to be refunded immediately. Not sure if BBB can assist with this, but I would greatly appreciate it if they can (as the folks at ******* are borderline useless).Initial Complaint

I ordered a joker themed wall light from Rock Yur Wall (Dave H******) on May 7th 2021 for a total of $143.55 . After months of not hearing anything about shipping, processing, or delivering I reached out in June to see when it could be shipped. After not getting a response after over a week I sent another email. I got a response saying that they are backed up on orders and they do not have a timetable for when it can Elbe shipped. After months went by I reached out 3-4 times periodically asking for a timetable for shipping. I did not get a response until December 22, 2021. At this time I resorted to messaging the business on their business Facebook page. I got a response saying that he is behind on many responses and orders to customers but it will be shipped within a week. A week went by and I did not receive my order. I reached back out in February 2022 multiple times with emails and direct messages on Facebook and commenting on their business Facebook posts. Other customers have done the same and have not received responses or their orders. On the business website it says they do not do refunds. He is purposely dodging dozens of paid up customers. He excepts everyone’s money but does not do any of the work. He is robbing dozens of people worth thousands of dollars and is getting away with it by not doing any of the promised work. If he cannot fulfill the orders he already has he should not be taking on new orders until all of the previous orders have been satisfied. My Order Confirmation Number was #****. I wish that this business receives some sort of warning/punishment and that they are required to fulfill past orders and refunds. Also, they should be made to at least contact the customers back.
