I had purchased a package of 10 doggie daycare visits. There was a staffing change and I was no longer confident that my dog would be safe at the daycare. The 10 visit package was 260.00. I have 7 visits remaining for a total of 182.00. On July 1, 2023, I texted the Owner, Anita, and requested a refund for the remaining visits. Her reply was "Happy to, thanks". I still have this reply on my phone. I asked that the refund be mailed to me or to let me know when I could come by and pick up a check. I have not received a refund and she no longer responds to my text messages and I have been able to reach her by phone. I am asking for a refund of 182.00.
