      I would like to address an issue with Scott 's Fences We had a fence, and Gate installed on November 24,2021 Aluminum Spear top 5" footage 66'. with 3 custom G's that should be removed. A contract was signed. We notice that the gate did not say Aluminum. I contact Scott Fences and explain to him that I wanted the Gates to match the fence. He then told me that the gates were on back order, and I told him that I would want for the gate to come in. He then sent me several of gates that he made; I told him that I didn't want iron gates because my fences were aluminum. The only way you could reach him was by text. I texted him, and tried calling him on October 31, 2021, just to follow up with the process. On November 3,2021. I called and sent another text message no responses Finally on November 23,2021. He texted me to let me know the installment will be on November 25,2021. I notified that the Gate was iron. I called him he didn't answer, then his son called him, and he answer, He told his son that he was coming out and never showed up. I sent pictures that the gate was iron, and it was not right, and the gates was completely rushed his worker painted sprayed my Column drilled multiple holes in the Columns. I just had sod install it was black spray painted. The point spears top broken. I sent him a text message the text day he replied he was closed for the holiday and would return he the call when the business opened. That never happen. November 26,2022 almost a year later I received a letter in the mailed of attempting to collect payment. This company has been in the neighborhood doing installment and never came by to resolve the issues. This is unacceptable and this is not what I called professional, a year later to write me a letter. Be a man of your word. As a man he would not dare let no one come to his house and put this kind of mess up and be okay with it. I want this matter resolve, or the contract will be void. I have proof of pictures and texts messages.

      Business Response /* (1000, 16, 2022/12/02) */ This is false what this customer is saying. We did his yard 2 different ways it was actually supposed to be 3 ways. We did the right side and the walk gate. He loved it all just wanted a different kind of G in the gates. I said ok no problem i cut the G and he paid me and was happy. Months later he called and said he was ready for the other side to be done with the aluminum like we did on the right side and the drive gates on this side. We put the fence up and the drive gates that matched the walk gate from the first side. I have contracts to prove this is how it was done. All of a sudden time to pay his wife didn't like the gates now. He wanted me to get totally different gates up after he had done paid for the walk gate and was happy with it. I told him i cant just start over on the gates and not charge you for the new style gates. He refused to pay. I let it set for months with no contact. So i sent him the bill he never paid for in the mail no response so i had my guys go take the fence down and the gates on the left side the second side we done. We were supposed to come back and do the back line for the 3rd part. I have text messages of our conversations him stating when we did the first side he just wanted a different style G and an extra one to go on his house. I did everything he asked he just didn't want to pay. Also let me add he was out there looking over everything as we done it the whole time and loved it. He would go talk to his wife then want to change this and that. This is exactly how it happened and i have all the proof to back it up.

      They left the job over a week ago due to lack of parts. Have not heard from them since. Left several voice mails called several times no answer. Job was to be completed in 2-3days. Totally unprofessional. Please help me resolve this and get my fence completed.

      Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/05/13) */ Yes there was a misunderstanding with the customer and my employee. We would've finished the job as scheduled no problem. When they sent the materials they shorted us some parts simply because they didn't have it in stock when first truck came. We get our material truck on mondays. My old secretary's phone our calls were getting forwarded to it and we did not realize that was happening.Thats why we did not get his voicemails at the office. But the next monday soon as the truck came with the materials my guys went straight there and finished his job. We apologized to Mr ***** and it was all a simple miscommunication. Hopefully he is still happy and look forward to doing work for him in the future if he needs any.
