      Company billed my account twice on 09/06/2023 for my TSA pre-check. Company is aware, reports it was a nationwide problem. Agreed refund is due however every time I call they keep telling me the finance department has to take care of it. I have called three times and I still have not been reimbursed the $78.00. Each time a representative tells me a different story. The company is fully aware they took money twice and owes the refund however we are now two months out and no end in sight they money will be reimbursed. I called 9/13/23 representative advised ****** would be received by the following Friday. Called back 9/22/23 when no refund was received. Told refund would be issued. Called back again 10/10/23 was given ticket number T23VGGh and advised refund would be sent. Today 10/25/23 no refund received and representative indicates the finance **** still need to figure it out and refused to allow me to speak with a manager. I feel no refund is being sent and they are keeping the money.

      I needed to provide fingerprints for a background check to obtain my SC real estate license. The soonest appointment was in Florence, SC on 5/2 at 9:25am. I booked it online and received email confirmation. I drove the 78mi and arrived just after 9am. There were already other appointments waiting and the business wasn't open. I waited until after 10am and left. I found a history of this behavior via Google reviews. Another customer dialed the toll free number, the only number any of us could find, and sat on hold for 30 minutes. The representative apologized and placed her on hold to try to contact the employees. After 15 more minutes, they hung up on her. This businesses negligence cost me 156mi worth of fuel and 4 hours of my time. I arrived at the Columbia, SC location at 9am the next day. They were able to work me in and the employee told me that she had heard about that happening in Florence in the past. I paid the $51.75 fee via money order. I would like to be reimbursed due to this company being aware of the issues in Florence and doing nothing to improve it, while letting customers drive hours for nothing.
