      No customer service at this place. Had a double wide delivered last March 2022....they were supposed to notify me when they were bringing out to set up......they did not....they were calling me during my sister in laws funeral. They brought the home out when it was wet and snow on the ground and bent the tongue on one side causing to fall on the ground and damaged the inside of the home.Buddy was supposed to repair cracks on inside and didn't . ****** the salesman would not return calls. Have been trying to get them out here for months and months. They finally removed the tongues 3 months ago. The brick work needs repaired where the **** unit was installed because they didn't have it set up when brickwork was done.Have contacted the general manager several times ********************************* and he keeps telling me they would have the brick ***** repair the damage to brick work and have not. I would not recommend buying from this dealer......all they are worried about is getting their money. They do not care about customer satisfaction. All that have been involved do not follow up on anything or do not return phone calls. I still have cracks in the ceiling that are not repaired correctly. They did not set up my home correctly in the right place.....one side is so high that is awful. They do not help get anything corrected. Please do not buy from *** CO they do not have good customer service and they lie about solving issues.

      Bought a mobile home from them. It has been set up and tied down for over 2 months. Paid $5000.00 extra because their agent, ***********************, promised me he knew people that could and would put in my well and septic for that price. I still do nitvhave my steps or well and septic that I need in order to have it inspected so that the electric and **** system can be hooked up. I have contacted them repeatedly trying to get these things and when I do, I am told I am being nasty for wanting them to do their job. Getting them to tell me what I need to do takes an act of God! They never said anything about permits or anything until specifically asked. ***** has since been fired along with another employee who, in the new general manager's words, were jerking people around. I have done everything they have told me I needed to do. Then I sit and wait and sit and wait. All I want is my steps, my septic and my well so I can get it inspected and have the **** and electric hooked up. That is what I paid for. That is what was promised. I built a house from the ground up and never had this kind of issues! This company has delayed, not told me things and misrepresented things. I will never do business with them again! This has been the worst home buying experience imaginable! There is no reason fir it. Their agent made promises. They need to fulfill them! I have dealt on good faith with them. I have been patient. It's time they honored their promises and make good on their agent's word!
