    Kia of Florence gets an excellent rating on their sales because it was a painless process when I purchased my brand new 2021 no miles **** Grey K5. I can't say the same about the ******************* They never return calls never. I even called and asked the supervisor to call me I never received a call back, i have been taken my car back an forth since Jan 2024 because my blower just stop working. It may or may not come back on for days. They say they couldn't fix it until it stop working. just know I have taken my car back and forth and it is still nor working. ******* over talks you instead of helping you find a solution. My husband picked my car up last Wed May 8th. It was working until Friday May 10th. I have called and left a message for ******* and once I found out ***** was the person who worked on it I asked for him to call me. Today is May 15th and I have not received a call and my blower still isn't working. I have called the corporate office for them to only reach back to the Florence office and get ******* on the phone. I have ***** trying to assist me and I am so uncomfortable in my car no air. no defrost and no heat when it was cold. ******* told me if it is over 85 degrees he can get me a rental from Enterprise because of the size of the dealership they do not do rentals. He has not kept hi send of the deal. I went an entire week with no car. i want to give this car back before the temperature gets to unbearable, Simply repair the car correctly and give me a car to drive while it is being repaired, Just know this information before making a purchase with them. My prayer is that ***** has to deal with this because it is torture because the mechanics and service professionals is unconcern. I live a hour away so driving back and forth is not an easy task. Do better by your customers **********************

    Very disappointed in this company I have ************************************************************************************************************************* touch with them because the vehicle needs to be towed for safety reasons but the responses are nothing short of disbelief if towed there no guarantee when it will be looked at or fixed at this point I am truly disappointed in the business and the vehicle that has a engine that could potentially catch fire
