            The service that was supposed to be provided did not happen. Representative told me over the phone that it should have been done, and agreed it was not. Was promised a supervisor would return my call, waited 4 days, and still have not received a return call.

            Total bait and switch scam. Advertise Air Duct ******************************** "cleaning" for $119. When they show up turns out the Chimney Cleaning is a partial cleaning (6'-8' up with a power drill tool insert). If you want the whole chimney cleaned it will be $200.The Air Duct "cleaning" amounts to a "dust removal" attempted by hooking up a large vacuum to one main line vent for 20 minutes to **** the dust out of the vents. This is not to be confused with a "Cleaning" - that will be a sanitation or a "deep clean" which is another charge you pay for by the # of vents you have which is hundreds of $ more.Total scam! They lure you in with low prices and then try to up-sell you for anything you've signed up to have done. Total bait and switch. Stay away from this business!
