Reserved room for weekend of May 3rd, 2024. (Two nights) I could not stay in hotel and literally checked out a few minutes after checking in. Rooms and building should be condemned. Pee and blood stains on floor, stains on curtains, bedding (bedbugs probably there), broken light fixtures, *************** units, broken restrooms, the list goes on. Roaches on walls actively crawling, not to mention hotel allows all sorts of people to hang out and loiter around hotel while drinking and doing what I assume are drugs. I brought all this to desk and managers attention and all they could say is it's nonrefundable so if I leave, no money returned. I did not stay here and request help getting refund, but also somehow someone needs to inspect this place. I have pictures I wish I could share.Initial Complaint

I checked in March 15 and checked out March 17. The 1st room I got was 720 I believe. The whole entire floor smelled like smoke. Could have been cigarette or some sort of drug. The room filth. Chips , candy toys on the floor . And a strong odor of smoke in room. Could barely breathe. So severe it was in my chest all night even in the new room 922 I was moved to after I complained. Just to smell a pee odor in the bed and comforter. Lift up comforter a yellow pee stain. This was far worse the worst horrendous experience I have ever had at any hotel. It's dirty throughout the hotel . Walls , carpet. Housekeeping here is a joke. I'm asking for a refund. Far from ethical. Pee sheets.. smoke filled placed. Walk your hallwaysInitial Complaint

Sept 5th- September 8th I paid ****** through Expedia I have stayed here several times and overlooked several issues without complaints but this time was way over the top completely wreckless housekeeping and very disturbing I had no towels after the first night first they didn't have any ready and they Promised they would send toilet paper and towels up then i got off work and had nothing and night shift could only give me toilet paper but that was nothing when it came to my nephew playing with his car's and tells me someone didn't take their medicine and when I looked up he was reaching for a used syringe needle nobody will answer the phone at corporate and I understand sometimes mistakes happens but this room has definitely not been vacuumed one bit stuff was all over the floor old fries dirty toilet and shower but most of all my nephew could have not only been hurt but he could have got a disease if i wouldn't have caught him before he picked up that needle
