SCAM ARTISTS! Be warned. They will try to charge you for work that you never agreed to pay. Then they will harass you until you pay them for that work that you never agreed to pay for. And if that isn't enough, the owner of the company was nasty and rude to my wife on the phone. I would give negative stars if I could.The owner falsely & ******* accused us of "trying to get one over on him". When we finally agreed to pay them for half of what they were harassing us for, the owner responded "fine, I'm a busy man and have other things to do". Extremely unprofessional and cannot believe how this kind of person runs a business.And if you are still reading this and are interested in more details... After they completed the agreed work (the reason they came in the first place), they asked if there was anything else that needs to be done. I simply responded "I plan to do this myself, but you can see some of the sprinkler heads I need to raise". They said "they would do that, no problem!". There was no mention of pay so I figured it was just a quick courteous fix since they already had the tools out. After fiddling around with the sprinkler heads for about **** minutes, they left. Then I get a bill for that work a day later. I tell the owner I never signed off on paying anyone to do that. I said the only reason I let them fiddle around with the sprinkler heads was because it seemed to be just a courteous gesture that took **** minutes before they left. On the phone, the owner said "you should know a business never does anything for free, now pay me or I'll send dispatch after you"... like what?! This is the ****** I knew that was an empty threat (one he couldn't even do), and I was fully planned to block their number and pay them nothing, but we eventually agreed to pay half just to get them to quit finding ways to harass us.I don't normally like leaving bad reviews, but the world should know this company is HORRIBLE. They have business being a business.
