As part of a mortgage refinance offer from Sage Mortgage I should have received $250 in gift cards but only ever received $100 worth and have been unable to get in contact with anyone at the company since completing the refinance. I am attaching the email thread with the full history (from original offer and terms for the promotion through repeated attempts to get an update / response) as well as a screenshot of the timestamped document submissions.Thanks,*****Initial Complaint

I was working with Sage Mortgage to refinance my mortgage loan and was misinformed for months about their process which led me to lose $700 on an unusable appraisal. I was told that my loan had expired the very same day that all of my paperwork was in and was forced to wait a 30-day waiting period (which other lenders were confused to hear) and when that period ended the loan rates had increased and I was out $700 on an unusable appraisal. There were issues with this loan application from the beginning when I was not told that I would have to wait until my divorce was official before my ex's name could be removed from the title, to extending the application period, to then randomly telling me that the loan expired.Customer response

Many months ago I had considered a refi with this company and then cancelled that request. They went ahead and ordered an appraisal. I did not intend to get an appraisal and tried to cancel this request that they made. They ignored me and I continue to get daily emails requesting payment. I have not been able to opt out of this or unsubscribe. Help....Business response
