      The service manager ran a random test that I did not request. Contacted Hyundai Corporate and they were a joke! Also left a message for the General manager to call me and I never heard back from him. I was unable to get my car until I paid the diagnostic fee for a test I did not authorize. Sending a letter to the office of the president to advise of unfair sales practices! I would leave 0 stars if I could.

      We are very sorry that the customer is upset but was told prior to bringing a vehicle in there was a diagnostic fee. Unfortunately, the customer thought they were under a recall, which was not present on her vehicle. The diagnostic was performed, and it is not a repair thats covered by Hyundai. The customer declined the repairs, therefore would be responsible for the diagnostic fee. This fee is used to pay the technician his time spent on the vehicle diagnosing any repairs needed. Our intentions were never to upset our customer but its the same procedure for all our clients.

      The sales staff is great. My problem has been resolved satisfactorily with the help of the dealership manager. I have no complaints with Hyundai.

      ****************** is AWFUL!Had problems getting service done and after finally completing service didnt want to release my car because of problems with warranty which was settled before work was done!Then when realized they had messed up got the billing all WRONG and then screwed up the credit they owed me!Still havent got it right!! Will never go back again!! General Manager will not return calls, neither will their controller!! It and absolute MESS!!

      I tried to buy your Palisade calligraphy. they said I have to buy **** dollars protection plan. They said it is clear coat paint to protect the surface and they charge me twice for Wheel Lock System.Clear coat has to be done in the factory during the painting work.If anybody doesn't know the painting process, the customer would pay for nothing. They trick the customer and overcharge to them.Whoever bought a car from them, they need to check the quote.

      About **** months after I got my car, I believe I purchased it in 2018-19.The brakes sound awful. I had them to check them time after time, of course they didn't find nothing wrong. With the warranty off, they sound worse. When they had a opportunity to do something they suppose to have done there job. I also have a video of the sound my brakes made back them. Can I get some help, without them charging me?
