Advanced plumbing has not been able to resolve basic plumbing issues for us. The person is so rude. Does not provide right information. There customer service is the worst. You have to follow up continously to get the answer and still you won't be able to. They will damage your products and don't take ownership of their mistakes.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/09/01) */ Customer is attempting to get work covered through a home warranty company that will not cover his particular problems. He is attempting to get the work done by pressuring us when he has been told it will not be covered. We had informed him of what the problem was months ago he chose not to make the repair because I was charging too much. This is a frustrated homeowner who is trying to pressure us into making a repair for free Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2021/09/02) */ Their response does not resolve or address the issue but just trying to not address the issue. 1. It seems Advanced plumbing is confused and mixing up different jobs. 2. They came couple of times on this issue as my tenant complained about the issue and per Advanced plumbing they fixed the issue without actually fixing the issue. 3. They never gave me a resolution to this issue and never provided any cost of repairs needed. 4. They to adverse affect per my tenant also caused water leak in the house 5. They have not provided any resolution to the problem or issue. After repeatedly asking them they have not provided any solution to the problem. 6. They have been disrespectful and my tenant told me came in the house with dirty shoes and also were disrespectful to my tenant. 7. They ahve been rude to me as well. 8. I asked them on the issue and they did not respond to me at all as cleared in the text 9. They have not shown any customer service or respnbisility to help with the issue 10. My tenant is not happy with them and not happy with me because advanced plumbing is so unprofessional and never fixed any issue to satisfaction Regards Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2021/09/02) */ bold face lie by Mr H ****.no damage was created by an APS tech. I have to remind all parties that this is an issue that will not be addressed by his home warranty company. we have satisfied our obligation with the warranty company. I have asked the home owner to find another service company in the past. he has asked for discounts several times when pricing has been presented. I would add that it takes a good consumer to get great service. Although I understand his frustration it is his warranty company that does not want to pay for anymore repairs. Mr **** is free to contsct any plumbing company to make the repairs. Again I must state it again, his warranty company make all decisions for repairs.
