    I have a solar panel array on my home that is covered by warranty. Generac, the manufacturer, supplied me with the contact information for this business as an authorized warranty provider. I reached out to them and after a month they finally sent a tech to look at my system. That was on December 20, 2022. When the tech left, he informed me that he had reset my system and that it was now working. Unfortunately, that was not the case and the issue persisted. I emailed my contact at the company on the 23rd. I informed her that the issue had not been resolved. I also acknowledged that she might not see my email for a little while because of the impending holidays. I followed up with her again on Jan 4th, Jan 6th, and Jan 9th. She has not deigned to reply to any of my attempts to resolve this issue. Her contact information is:*********************** Project Manager ************ www.PositiveEnergySystems.com Additionally, the company sent me an invoice on December 20th with the explanation that they would bill be first and that once Generac reimbursed them for the warranty work, they would reimburse me. While I was willing, the invoice did not provide a link to any online portal nor did it have a mailing address. Given the subsequent lack of service from this company, I seriously question the motives of this company.
