      My car was towed on Friday, 8/18. The driver broke my tire rod in the process, *********** said they would repair the tired rod and return my funds for the tow. My car was returned approximately 24 hours later. I called about the refund I never received and was told the owner would get back to me. I'm still waiting after several calls. In the meanwhile I'm driving my car and on 8/23 I get an alert about low tire pressure. I put air in the tire and resume driving, this morning I get the same tire alert. I would like for them to return my funds and fix my tire. They have been unresponsive to any of my requests.

      We pay to repair the damaged tie rod. We towed the car to the repair shop had it repaired and towed it back to the customers house at our cost. I am not sure where she is getting we would return the tow costs. We did pay for the damage and performed an additional tow so the customer did not have to pick up her vehicle. The tire pressure sensor reading low is a common problem which came up several days after towing the vehicle, I don't believe it was caused by towing the vehicle. I personally have not gotten any messages to call this customer back. We are sorry for the damage we caused to her vehicle but believe we have corrected the problem appropriately.

      I was inconvenienced for a whole weekend because my car wasnt returned over 24 hours later and I wasnt able to get my car repaired until Sunday, thank God I knew someone who could fix that day or I would have missed a day of work.  Because of a mistake made by your driver, whom along with ****** told me because of the inconvenience I was going to be reimbursed all of my funds. *** reached out to you and left several messages none were ever returned. Ive even spoken to I believe another manager (******) because ****** was unresponsive. FYI- that tire is still giving me  issues will now have to get that checked.

      On November 4, 2022 I call Roadside assistance through my insurance company State Farm they dispatch USA Towing/ Liberty ********************** to my residence to change a flat tire. A guy name ***** if Im not mistaking came out and he was having a hard time change it so he dispatch for help. I have video as well. They finally changed my tire. I then parked my truck and went out town, I came back and drove my truck on November 15,2022 as I was going down the highway the whole entire tire flew off my truck across the highway. So I had to call a tow. I reached on November 17, 2022 and spoke with ********************* at USA Towing and explain to him the situation and sent him the video and a email never heard back from him. I reached out again on November 18 by email and still no response on on November 19, 2022 I contacted State Farm again and they processed to notify them as well. I received a email that someone will be getting in touch with me. By now Im fed up so I decided to fix my tire myself because I need my transportation. So I purchased a tire and lugs nuts, I have my receipts. I took to a tire shop to get it fix on November 19, 2022 I was then told that they couldnt put my tire on because my ***** and the hub was damaged as well. I sent ISA ********************** and State Farm explaining the situation at hand. Its three days later and I still havent received any response on rectifying this situation and my truck is not fixed. State Farm has been trying to contact them as well and theyre not responding to them either. All I want is my truck fix and to be made whole and reimburse for buying a new tire and lugs nuts. I have all my emails and receipts. Thank you

        I was in contact with the customer a couple of times through email. I requested the Columbia driver manager to get in contact with the customer to review the damage and determine what needed to be done and verify we were responsible for the damage. I asked him about it a couple of times over the next few days and he reported he was not able to get a hold of the customer. I asked him to keep trying, it did slip my mind after a few days. If the customer wants to submit receipts we can settle with her.

      Car was to be delivered to designated place **** boys", driver stated that it was delivered. However car was impounded. This was not the agreement. My insurance agent told them to reroute vehicle to *** boys. No one contacted me from Liberty including the driver who lied and said car was delivered.

       The destination location was closed at the time of drop off. Our dispatched attempted to contact the customer but the phone went straight to voicemail so we had no choice but to bring the car back to our lot for the evening. Our dispatch advised ****** at her roadside company about the situation. The car was not impounded but towed to storage and then towed to *** Boys the next day after arrangements were made with the roadside company.

      (USA TOWING) was contracted through F*** to tow my car to J*** ******** in order for the recall service to be performed. Not only did USA Towing NOT complete the tow service, but the driver misplaced my key FOB, and did not contact me to let me know that the service had NOT been completed while notifying F*** that he had completed the tow. I called the tow truck driver directly (around. 4:00pm) and asked if the tow had been completed on the afternoon of Tuesday November 9th, 2021. He said that he wasnt able to get the car onto his tow truck and that the car would require what he called, a ****** truck (Repossession-style truck) which he did not have. I had made it abundantly clear to everyone I have spoken with that the key was firmly locked in the ignition and that the car doors were locked. So why a tow truck driver who did not have the proper equipment to perform the tow service was dispatched, I can only liken to negligence. I was charged $77.00 for this service. Because no one notified me of any progress or lack thereof throughout the day, I spent a good portion of my evening trying to coordinate a new tow. I was notified that my car key was missing by the second tow service prior to them rendering service to my vehicle. I called the tow truck driver at Liberty Towing to inquire as to the whereabouts of my key. The tow truck driver became rude and belligerent. He stated that the company was supposed to have sent another tow service knowing full well that he had lied to F*** saying that he had completed the tow service when he did not. Immediately after our conversation, he sent me a text message telling me not to contact his cell phone again saying that I should call the company. I replied, No worries. via text message and have not contacted him again since. I expect to be refunded $77.00 for the tow service as well as the $410.00 to have my key replaced (if necessary).

       The information was not initially given to us about the keys being locked in the car on our original dispatch from the roadside company. The driver was dispatched to the call but could not get into the car due to the keys being locked in it. The driver did call the customer and informed her we would not be able to do it because of the current circumstances (we did not have a wheel lift truck available that day) and that the customer should reschedule with a different company. Our call was cancelled with her roadside company and we did not receive any payment for this call nor were we able to get into it to take the keys. We are sorry to hear of the difficulty she had with this tow.
