      Placed an order over 6 weeks ago. Made numerous calls and was either disconnected or asked to leave a voicemail. When I finally spoke with a representative, they said they were waiting for an insignia to come in that’s back ordered. When I called 2 weeks latter, they said the hats were the problem. They changed their story twice. This was a very expensive purchase. Well over $600. I keep getting one excuse after another. I wish to get the merchandise sent or a full refund back to my credit card. This was supposed to be a gift. It’s long overdue. Dealt with this company in the past and they were efficient and responsive. Something must have changed. Very disappointed.

      I ordered three small shadowboxes three months ago and have yet to receive any of them.

      I placed an order for my shadow on feb 14 I also placed anther order on feb 17. I was told today that they just ordered the parachutist badges I need on the 17 of march. I have been waiting over one month. My last order took around three months.

      On 10/3/2023 I placed an online order with Medals of America in the amount of $130.11. Order Number *******. Shortly after placing the order, I sent an email to them asking if I could add additional items to my order to save on shipping costs. The reply I received from Kiara S**** from Medals of America read: “Good afternoon, unfortunately, your order has already been printed and is in the process of being fulfilled. Please head over to our website and place a new order for the desired items.” So I went online to place another order. Order Number; *******. The second order arrived. The 1st order did not. I called and spoke with Kiara 10/30/23 to inquire about the missing order and she said: “ I see that one of your items is now in stock and I will forward the order to be sent out.” I called on 11/06/23, I called again to inquire on the status of the order and it still has not been shipped out. To date the order still have not arrived. The nature of this dispute is: 1). Where are my products, the order was placed over 30 days ago. 2). The company should have reached out to advise there was a delay with my order. 3). The company was not honest when they said my order would be shipped on 10/30/23.

      I ordered a ******* of ******** ********* on 09/26/2023 and received confirmation by email of my order. My credit card was charged the correct amount. I sent an email on 10/13/2023 asking when I would receive the medallion and received a reply that it be shipped soon. I left phone messages since then with no response. I sent another email on 11/06/1023.

      Going on four weeks to deliver a t-shirt. When calling "Customer Service" (what a joke), you're told it could take up to 20 minutes for a person to assist you. After about 15 minutes, you're told the person is not available and you must leave a message. Have ordered from MOA before and NEVER had this long of a wait or any issues.

      I Placed an order 2 weeks ago, I have not yet Recieved it, tried emailing them for an update, tried calling them for an update, no answer or reply in either case. Horrible customer service.

      I placed an order with Medals of America on 5/28/22 in the amount of $377.35. As of 3/10/22 this order has not been fulfilled or shipped I have emailed the company on several occasions requesting an update on my order, shipping status and tracking number. I have not received any response to my emails and can't seem to get answers on my order. They were quick to take my money when I placed my order but will not give me info on the order. I'm very disappointed in this company as they are a veteran owned and operated company and expect more from a company such as this.       Hi, Mr. H***,

      Thank you for reaching out.    I am sorry there were problems with your order, as this is not the customer service experience we want you to have.  I have researched our system regarding your order # ********  According to our records, the dog tags you requested were not available.  (The machine was down.)  The repair was not going to be a "quick fix" as we needed to send the machine off for repairs.  This held up the rest of the items in your order until we could reach you for further instructions on how you'd like to proceed.  Our customer service team connected with you on June 13th at which time you requested the dog tags to be removed and proceed with the order.  We refunded the amount paid for the dog tags and upgraded shipping as a courtesy for the inconvenience.  Per the tracking information, I see your order was shipped on June 16th and delivered on June 21st.  I hope you are enjoying your products, as there are some spectacular medals and ribbons with the case.   You are an important customer, and again, I apologize for the delay in your order.  I hope you'll let us serve you again soon!

      I purchased a set of Marine Corps medals on September 23, 2021. I paid $236.45. The business committed to provide me a full sized anodized medal set mounted to current military regulations. The medals were mounted incorrectly and inspected by another veteran branch of the military. I have called and emailed the business numerous times but I still haven’t received my refund. The person mounted the Navy Commendation in front of the Meritorious Service Medal and the veteran inspector was a Airforce Veteran and the set was for a Marine Corps set of medals. To make matters worst when I called to say I was returning the set for a full refund, the gentlemen on the phone said it was custom made so it had to go through management however their return policy states "You may return your eligible merchandise to MOA for a refund or exchange within 30 days" and "Custom items are not eligible for returns unless defective". I replied it was custom made wrong by your business so I have the right to ask for a full refund seeing as the order was defective. I returned the product by FEDEX the day after I received the defective product which was October 6th and it was delivered on October 12th. I have asked for a status update numerous times via email after FedEx delivered the set back as well as my husband called the company and they hung up on him. I still haven’t received an answer back yet stating that I will be refunded the charge nor have I received the full refund that I requested. I posted a bad review on their website along with the photo of the defective medal set. They posted the review but not the photo. My return receipt even stated that I wanted a full refund.
