My mother, sister, and i purchased $1,708.38 worth of items from him, but he never shipped the items. We have contacted Bramlin many times, but he will not refund the money. We have been asking since Christmas to please refund but he is RUDE and refusingBusiness response

The customer has been refunded for the items and the other family members as well have been refunded. I have been responding to the customers without any problems. The have been notified of the expected refund time frame and most of the customers money has been refunded.Business response

Dear BBB,
That hasn’t been the case regarding the situation. These customers have been notified of the refund date and majority of their funds has been refunded and processed. Under my company policies we have a time frame to refund the money and awaiting on our client to refund back to the business account. This customers has sent threatening messages and it will not be tolerated. The customer will be given a time frame and 90% of funds has been refunded back to the original method of payment in this case. They have violated company policies and calling my vendor regarding my account and I have been notified of that as well. They have been calling stating the company name and my name and it’s not even under that name for my vendor. During the pandemic my company has went under due to the fact of customers alike and I never had this problem. We’re awaiting refund as the customer is as well.

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.
We have not received 90% of the refund. We have only received what we disputed. We have not been given a definitive time line as to when we will get the refund because anytime he has been asked about it he says we will have to wait longer. No refunds have even been given to us since filing disputes.
