I originally spoke to Darlene over the phone on 4/6, She asked me to send her pictures of the cat litter box and the part that was failing. I did so as we were speaking over the phone. After she had review the pictures she determined a replacement was in order and would need to find out how she can send that part or hood over to me and that she would call me back the next day or 4/7. Darlene did not call me back on the next day or 4/7 as she promised that she would. I would call her on 4/10 and she advised me that she does not have the resources of send me out the hood how she originally thought she could because of its size. That if it was something smaller like the revolving door she would sent it out to me immediately. Darlene acknowledged that the warranty claim was valid but could no longer assist in this matter. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she hung up on me. I called back several times until I got a hold of a Rachel that claimed to be an authority figure with Moderna and was simply told me that I have reached the end of the line of authority figures and that what Darlene told me stands, she also hung up on me, I have tried calling back several times and Moderna no longer picks up the phone.
