I made a cash deposit of 300 down for order of 5ft farmhouse table, bench and 2 chairs for 595. It was originally supposed to be ready end of May, got pushed to june, then July, then August. I finally canceled the order end of July and requested my refund. They said a month it was being mailed and it is Sept 30 and still haven't received my refund. I have a test log of our conversations since Feb.Business response

We fully intend on refunding Angela’s deposit and are not arguing the fact. We just ask for her patience so that we can get her refund to herCustomer response

I am rejecting this response because: I had already been very patient on waiting for table order and now patiently waiting for refund.I wish you the best on your business, beautiful workmanship seen on your Facebook page, but honestly need to improve your customer service and business practices. I also have hardships and health issues.
