The absolute worst the general manager Lance M***** is a complete joke. He only cares once you leave a bad review then and only then will he try to reach out in regards to the review I went in to get an oil change my auxiliary battery replaced, and also having coolant problems from when they fixed my vehicle a year ago reached out to Lance the general manager to see if there were any discounts or warranties available considering that exactly one year in a couple months later I was having the same issues after they fixed it I was then told, since it was a year later that it was my responsibility to fix it, and that he would reach out to me only to never receive a call back was told by the service department manager that he will order the part and that he would call and let me know that the part is the end five days later and I still haven’t received a call regarding the part but I have received a call regarding the bad review I left went to the Augusta, Georgia location and was able to get my car fixed the same day for literally half the price I was able to get what was needed and also what wasn’t needed to make me run safely on the road The Aiken location tried to overcharge and sell me what wasn’t needed on my invoice. I have charges for break flushing when that wasn’t even a concern or was it even need it and it was confirmed by the dealership in Augusta. Beware of this place.
