I was having asthma issues and finally got to the point where my medicine wasn’t helping and I thought maybe allergies were the cause. I went to this place after looking for one close to me and spent like 5 minutes with a doctor who told me I definitely have allergies and wanted to find out what the allergies were. He set me up for an appointment to get tested and over $1000 dollars later they told me they couldn’t find anything i was allergic to. I paid the minimum upfront and then paid half of my bill shortly after. When my next paycheck came in I called to pay the remaining balance with what was left in my HSA and then the rest on my card and they wouldn’t accept my HSA because they said they needed an address number?? I gave them the only two addresses we have lived at and they said neither were taking. I told them I would contact my insurance company and figure it out. I called again with the information my account holders gave me and they said it still wasn’t taking the number. Fast forward to the other day i get a letter in the mail stating they are sending me to the credit bureau and collection agency’s if I don’t pay in 10 days. this already made me mad because I have been making an effort to get it paid. I have called them three times since getting the letter so I could just pay it with my debit card and they have not answered or returned my message. So they are wanting to send me off to collections and ruin my credit but won’t take my money?? Such a waste of money and terrible customer service.
