On 11/25/2022, I authorized a two day car rental for a friend, about $150. BEST charged my card for five days, $371.40. On 11/30/2022, BEST charged my card another $802.40; unauthorized and unknown to me. I challenged BEST and they manufactured a tale justifying their actions. My credit card provider resolved this $802.40 charge. BEST still has about $221 of my money! BEST never provided any paperwork to me until I went back and insisted they do so. I will greatly appreciate your help in getting my $221 back! Thank you, ***Business response

I have contacted the location for a response please see below. The customer has already filed a chargeback and this was handled with the credit card company and our company. There is no further refunds being given. They used the rental car services and were refunded respectfully. It is not ok to try and get services for free after you have used the services.
The renters name is *****, he came in with an older man that presented his credit card to help Mr. ***** pay for the rental. The older man called in 2 times and did extensions and gave permission for us to charge his card. If you read the chargeback the card holder, the older man even says in the chargeback that he gave permission. His money was refunded by the credit card company that they felt was a valid charge back.
