      This company was supposed to fix my car. Upon "fixing" it they never fixed it and said what was originally wrong with it was just the transmission inner cooler had fell off then proceeded to say I needed a new transmission. They have sent threatening messages to me about making a payment for them not fixing my car and I offered to give them the title for my vehicle and to get my belongings out of it like birth and death certificates of my family and they told me I can't get any of my stuff without paying them for not fixing my vehicle. They have went from saying the price was $1000 to well over $3000 and said I had not communicated with them which wasn't the case as I waited weeks on end for links to programs they had to finance through a 3rd party company to get my car fixed and pay over $3000. This company is doing illegal stuff and withholding people's property and making threats to customers which is unethical and a violation of business standards.

      Lets start with telling the truth here. Your husband drove the car with no transmission fluid in the car. You asked us to try sealing the leak and we did. You have been asked multiple times to come get your car and you kept ignoring us. You tried to live in your car in our parking lot and NO we would not let you do that. You bought a car that had so many problems prior to you buying it and than after you asked us to do repairs on it you were going to stick us with a bill. Threats you say? No nothing like that was done. You were asked to remove your vehicle from our property and to pay your bill and you refused to do so. Yes we are towing it to our impound yard with storage fees as we told you. You owe us money. And than you want to take everything out of the car, stick us with a bill and just walk away? How unfair is that. Not happening here .Feel free to call us and discuss this matter. We have tried to call you multiple times with no reply. We are not the one's who bought a car with multiple issues so if you need to blame someone take a look in the mirror dear. Your friend **** that works with us showed text messages the day you were told it needed a transmission of where he sent you the links to do the financing and you NEVER filled it out. I also sent you the link and again you NEVER filled it out. So be honest here with your words because we have proof of all our correspondence records with no replies. We tried to help you but you have not tried to help yourself. The $1000 bill was for the inner cooler and sealing the leak and the $3000 is for a replacement transmission. I am attaching the text messages for you to review. Perhaps that will refresh your memory.

      I never once asked to sleep in your parking lot. Please understand I have a home so why in the world would I want to sleep in a car. I offered to bring the title to the vehicle and all and give it to yall. All I asked was to get items out of the vehicle like death certificates and birth certificates that are still there. And no my husband had nothing to do with the transmission not having fluid in it considering I had just recently gotten an oil change and they check the transmission fluid during those. And I love how you can sit here and say my car had a ton of problems when I bought it when you weren't even there!

      We spoke to the tow driver who brought your vehicle to us and he agrees there is a ton of issues with your vehicle prior to bringing to us. You are the one who stated your husband ran it out of fluid - your words not mine. NEVER once did you offer to bring the title and even if you did I don't want your vehicle. I wanted you to pay the bill and remove your vehicle. It has been at my shop for entirely too long and I don't want your car. If you pay your bill and bring the title to the impound yard I am sure they will be more than happy to allow you to remove your belongings. It is no longer on my lot. As I told you a month ago if I didn't hear from you it was getting towed to the impound yard and you will be paying them storage fees as well but you decided to not respond to me until you thought it was necessary to write the BBB. The impound yard knows the amount that is owed here so that too will be part of the release of your vehicle or items. Call me at the shop and I can advise you of the information for the impound lot. Thank you in advance.

      You can send the information on the impound lot through the bbb. And I did to in fact offer the title thank you. I also need my tag that belongs to the state of nc that needs to be turned back in to them. And funny that you say that the tow truck driver said it had alot of issues because it was on the side of the interstate when he picked it up so how did he "look at it" also I would have never said that because I didn't even know what was wrong with my vehicle when it went in! Your employee said it was completely out of transmission fluid after it had already got there and him and another employee who is no longer there checked it out. So just sent the information on the impound yard to the bbb so we can move forward with getting my property and tag.

      I took my car to get the some work done to it, nothing major. When I pick it up it was on a Friday that sat it started making loud noises from the engine and car eventually cut off. I had it towed to another shop where they told me someone had deliberately mixed my fluids. Now I am having to hire a attorney to get this resolved. Don't go to these people they will mess your car up.

       No one has ever done anything to your vehicle deliberately or any not. There was no mixed fluids that we are aware of nor have you ever called us to tell us any such thing. We worked on your vehicle with a minimal amount of suggested repairs  being done  by you because your warranty company would not authorize them nor would you. Even after your vehicle was complete you let it remain at our shop for an extended period of time without picking it up. We would never harm you , your vehicle or anyone for that matter. Our communication is complete at this time and our lawyers can battle it out if that is how you feel.. We even spoke to you 2 weeks after you picked up your vehicle and not one word was mentioned about towing your car to another shop. You had repairs of motor mounts done in October and this is now mid January.   Stay blessed
