I purchased a stereo system for my Slingshot August 2022 after being assured by the salesman that they have experience installing these. I was was assured they do plenty of work on them. When I selected a sound system I specifically told the salesman that I wanted to be able to listen to the radio. He tried to tell me that no one uses the radio and everything it ***** Music and Bluetooth. He also said the system would be cheaper and the one that plays the radio cost more. I let him know that I do not use ***** and wanted the radio option and I would pay more for it. I purchased the higher stereo and it was installed. I made a few trips back and several calls as the radio does not work. He promised he could fix it, so I took my Slingshot back . He said there was an issue with the antenna they installed and it would take some labor time to repair or replace it. They did not fix it . I told him if it doesn't work, he needs to refund me the difference. He asked to give him time to figure it out before he does that. Time passed and I never heard from him. I called him back and still nothing. I reached back out to get an update and was told that salesman no longer works there. I was told I would get a call back and never received a call back, just as before. I feel like Rodger's is not willing to stand by the promises their employee made, nor are they willing to repair their faulty work.Business response

As always we at Rogers Stereo hate to hear of an unsatisfied customer. After looking into the complaint filed by **** ********** we are asking the customer to come back into Rogers Stereo to see if we can resolve her complaint. Unfortunately the salesman that dealt with Lois is no longer employed by us. We will definitely make every effort to look into this complaint and the validity of it.
I am always happy to have any situation of this sort brought to our attention as we are always striving to do our best.

Rogers Stereo has resolved my issue by installing the XM tuner that was needed.
