This company calls me multiple times a day and each time they tell me this is the last time they are calling. Yesterday they called four times, and Monday twice. Friday twice and left “their final message” “Henry” has sent me multiple texts from varying numbers after I have asked to stop them from contacting me and asked for all contact in writing and have filed disputes with all three credit bureaus. I have no idea who these people are or what they want and I am not calling them. They need to stop harassing me.Initial Complaint

I feel harassed, these people have been calling me almost everyday. They have different scripts they read from each time. They have called my job 3 different times saying there is a complaint against my ssn trying to speak with me. They turn around and call my phone and have even called my parents. I don’t even have my parent listed in any loans or anything. I have told them to stop calling and they still call.Initial Complaint

They state their company name is DSR. They call everyday multiple times a day from different NE phone numbers. They leave messages stating they need my location to serve papers. Its a recording normally. I can block the number, and then they call from another from an entire different town in NE.Initial Complaint

This company keeps leaving 6 to 7 voicemails. Day on my phone and I have no contact with the person they are looking for. I get 6to 7 calls a day. And I keep blocking the number and they call from another one. It's all automated and I'm tired of it.Initial Complaint

"DSR" has been harassing me for months, multiple texts and voicemails saying either it's their first attempt or final attempt of contacting me, and they always use an AI voice generator when they mention my name. This place is an absolute scam and I hope the parasites behind this get shutdown. Stop freaking scamming everyone!Initial Complaint

I have been getting SEVERAL phone calls. The voicemail left for me have gotten increasingly threatening. I'm not even the person they are trying to reach. When I finally called back to get them to stop calling me, I was asked if I would inform the person they are trying to reach that they are trying to reach them. I told them no and that is irrelevant and to stop calling ME. The lady laughed and hung up. Extremely unprofessional. Probably a scam.Initial Complaint

This company has been harassing my friends and family, requesting employment verification and giving out my social security number. I called them to see what it was about and they refused to tell me what DSR stood for and placed me on hold. The person I spoke to was giving out sensitive personal information without me confirming it was me. I'm not sure if this is even real because the website and phone number listed on ****** and on here is not real. After researching, it seems like it's a collection agency, but I have zero collections on my credit report. They are wrongfully harassing me.Initial Complaint

Dynamic Recovery Solutions is a third-party collection agency licensed and bonded in all applicable states to collect on past due account for our clients. DRS always wants to acknowledge any concerns a consumer expresses regarding these types of matters.
