I have resolved this case years ago a now there is another agency trying to request money. I do not know what Pinnacle is doing but please do not have people contact me when this issue has been resolved years ago. So please correct your records and etc.Business response

This letter is in response to the Better Business Bureau (“BBB”) inquiry received January 11, 2023
regarding the referenced account (the “Account”). Pinnacle Credit Services, LLC (“the Current Owner”)
currently owns the Account, having acquired it on June 30, 2010. Resurgent Capital Services L.P.
(“Resurgent”) is the servicer of the Account.
At Resurgent, we take our customer service and consumer protection obligations very seriously
and have dedicated significant resources to our compliance-related functions. I have personally reviewed
**** *****’s inquiry and believe the following information will address their concerns.
The Account originated on August 23, 2005 with ******* ********. The Account charged off on
January 23, 2008 with a balance of $882.25. No payments have been received on the Account since it was
acquired by the Current Owner. The current Account balance is $882.25.
With its purchase of the Account, the Current Owner acquired all ownership rights, including the
rights to collect on the Account and to report to the credit bureaus, if eligible. However, the Current Owner
is not reporting the Account to the credit bureaus and will not report it in the future.
If **** ***** has any correspondence to/from the previous creditors or any additional
documentation concerning their dispute, we ask that they please forward it to:
