      Never even opened the box. Asked for two shipping and was told yes but never received. I'm inquiring as to why I had to pay a charge to have the item returned to you. So now am I not only inconvenienced, had to purchase another gift because of shipping issues, I'm also out of $500 and an extra $16 to return. Your company is a rip off and I will be contacting ******* and my banking I institution. Never again a very valuable lesson learned and I'm going to make sure to warn others not to deal with your company.

      Purchased a “refurbished” ***** Watch. Didn’t work. Had 3 people emailing the same thing. Called. Asked to speak to someone in charge. They claimed that management does not speak on the phone. Straight garbage customer service

      Awful product and an awful company with no customer service! The refurbished *** was so old it would not allow me to add my email or any apps, I keep getting a popup warning stating this unit is too old to download! I just threw away almost $200. and since I cannot reach anyone from this scam company!

      I purchased a refurbished ******* from TekReplay as a Christmas present. Within three months, the battery wouldn't last an hour after being fully charged. I called their customer service, they refused to help, and the two year warranty I'd purchased wouldn't help because they said it was a defective product, not damage that occurred later, so it didn't apply. They sell defective products with no accountability. I strongly advise customers to head elsewhere for their needs.

      I bought a **** Pro 12.9 inch from Tek Replay (sold through **** ******) in December 2023 for my wife’s Christmas present. I thought I was getting a good deal. Turns out, they are a bunch of scammers! When I received the iPad on December 5, 2023, it was in good condition, but in about 2 hours I realized it would not charge. So, I setup a return using the **** ****** online return system on December 6, 2023. About 6 days later, **** ****** sent me a message stating Tek Replay stated the device I returned has a different serial number than the one Tek Replay sold me. Come on man! This is a total scam! I did not have another iPad like this until after I returned this one because my wife needed an iPad for our business and I had to buy that one from Best Buy. So, they are playing this game of sending it back to me and asking for the correct one to be sent. I just refused that shipment about 30 minutes ago, so it is going back to their company. I never on earth want anyone else to be treated like I have. This is so dishonest!!! STAY AWAY FROM **** ****** AND TEK REPLAY!!!!!!

      Tekreplay is the worst in customer service. I purchased a laptop from ******* not knowing it was coming from Tekreplay. they send me a wrong item which i did not order. to return that product they gave me such a problem asking me to pay the $29 shipping fee. they are not american company and sitting somewhere in a foriegn country dont even understand my problem. ******* was also not very helpful eventhough i bought the laptop from them. I exchanged 7 emails with Tekreplay and they were unhelpful. do not buy from them. they send a return slip was not valid due to the laptop battery. i ended up paying and shipping it via ground to make them go away.

      This company is the worst. Very misleading information. I bought an ***** **** for a Christmas gift. When the person received it the item wouldn’t charge. I reached out to ******* in January 2023. Representative told me to try leaving it on the charger to charge longer. Item still doesn’t work. Under my Order status it says eligible for return until April 1. Walmart and rek replay told me my 60 days return is up. Very misleading. I’ve waited on hold and spoke to a total of 4 different people and got hung up on or the wrong information. I have a screenshot of my online account that shows the same information I stated here.

      This company is absolutely horrible! Their people are either robots of the evil sci-fi variety, or they are all seriously deluded and mentally ill. I ordered a ******* *** and they included the wrong charger. It should have been a simple thing to overnight the charger to me, which any ethical company would have done since it was their mistake. Yet they expect me to print a mailing label, provide my own packaging, and send the wrong one back BEFORE they send the correct one. In my circumstances, it is impossible for me to comply with this requirement, and besides, I should not have to do this. This is on them. Is it really reasonable to force your customer to pick up the slack for your mistakes? At the moment of this writing, it has been a week of frustrating back and forth emails, phone calls that go nowhere, and blatant lies. And I have a computer without a charger. I don't even know yet if the computer even works. I had to order a charger from ****** just now. When it arrives I will know that answer. To be frank, I do not hold any high hopes and expect another round of torture when I finally return it to these sobs for a full refund. I think I have been totally scammed. Do not deal with this "company" if you value your money and your time. I am certain there is a special place in Hell reserved just for these people. I seriously have never experienced such a lack of any modicum of ethical business practice in my dealings with them. Their behavior is utterly criminal.

      Addendum: I finally received the proper charger. Thank you. The laptop battery was completely discharged by then. I plugged in the new charger and it charged up okay, BUT... It had a notice that said: "REPLACE BATTERY SOON' meaning that this battery is at the end of its life. It is one thing upon another with TekReplay. I explained the situation to them via email. They have not yet responded.

      Terrible company with little/no customer service. No way to contact by phone as you can only leave voicemails and they attempt no call back after weeks and multiple calls for resolution. DO not purchase from their website, ****, or from a 3rd party seller. I received an item that I paid over $200 for that did not charge, and shipped it back for a refund/exchange and when I shipped back aside from the charging, the item was in perfect condition. They claimed through email that they recieved it damaged/cracked but refused to even attempt to contact **** for coverage for the damage and they also refused my refund. I am not out of hundreds of dollars for their damaged item. Would leave 0 stars if I could.
