      Short story is, they were unprofessional and rude, they lied, they made me terrible dentures, and then told me I had no recourse because I signed off on the last fitting. That was only because they told me I could still make changes and not to worry about those problems "right now." I have two choices for the fit. If I want my back teeth to come together for something like, say,.. chewing, the uppers are a quarter inch farther out than the bottoms. If I put the front where they're supposed to be my teeth don't match in the back. And the front teeth are permanently angled out like Billy Bob buck teeth. So they can never look straight. There's so much more I could say, but there's not enough room here. I'm going to get my old Dentures from affordable dentures relined! They have been great, and I definitely would have gone back but they don't take my insurance. I may have to end up paying for them out of pocket, and I'm not quite sure how I would be able to do that right now.

      I went to aspen dental in Spartanburg sc on 1-20-24 and they wrote me antibiotics for my infected tooth and I paid half of the money for my procedure that day and was supposed to pay the other half on 1-25-24 but my mouth started swelling really bad and I called them but no answer and I called the one in Anderson which is closer to me and asked could they see me bc I had been on antibiotics for two days now and nothing is getting better and they told me I had to call Spartanburg clinic but I can’t get them on the phone . I want my money back because I don’t plan to ever go back to them again . Very disappointed and unsatisfied with aspen dental would definitely not recommend to anyone

      I had an appointment on 8/22/23 because my bottom plate I've had for years, was broken. They did exrays and I decided to go with new plates, top and bottom. Total treatment plan $ 2833.00. That day they also charged $181. 00 to repair my bottom plate, which lasted less than a day. I called to get a new appointment to get the plate repaired again. They told me no one was there that could repair. Here I am having to work and eat with a broken denture. I keep calling them to check and see if my dentures are ready, they tell me no. After about 2 weeks, I have 2 different people from this office with my appointment. I show up for appointment just to have them say I didn't have one. I was LIVID at this point and ask to speak to someone in charge. So, I did. No help at all. In the meantime, I'm without teeth. Finally got my plates and had so much discomfort, I could hardly talk let alone eat anything. The bite was way off . Not being able to use the dentures without pain on 12/5/23 the bottom plate broke half in to. Made an appointment for next day. They said they would treat it as an emergency, and should have them made the next day. It is now 12/29/23 and still NO PLATE. I called them about a week after and they tell me they've just started on them. Ok, can you please call me when completed. I don't want to deal with this business, EVER, again. I just want my money back. It's obvious they are not going to replace them. I actually changed my plan with them not long after because I realized they were being shady. I have all receipts where everything has been paid. I am requesting $1461.00 back so I can go to a LAGIT dentist. Aspen Dental is a joke and shouldn't be allowed to practice, anywhere, ever again

      They never informed me that their system was breached. The dentist discussed other patients in front of me and the comments were very unkind. At one point the dentist popped my face and told me there was not a piece of tooth left in my mouth from the tooth extraction, yet new dentist just removed the piece. Will not forward my xrays to the new dentist? Told me that my refund will take awhile, when I called the billing I was told the refund was never issued. New dentist wanted to know if I did the scoring on my teeth. He was not surprised when I told him about the last dentist. I have a long, long list of other issues with this company.

      In June I had taken my sister in to get her a set of dentures.. First visit was June 21 treatment plan and financing discussed and taken care of . Cost was $4135.50 .. She received her dentures in June 27.. On June 39 she left my residence and I informed Carson that she would not be returning for the other orocoi was charged for.. He spoke with the doctor who said they would take $1400.00 off the cost.. Of course this never and the Taylor’s SC office is being paid for services never rendered.. Horrible place to do business!!

      I went to the Aspen dental on Wade Hampton in Greer SC 6/23 Paid the $1999 For set of dentures When I went back to pick them up . They did not fit and look horrible. The dentist tried fixing them Did not work . When I told her that they didn't fit She said she couldn't help me I been waiting a month on a refund. Still waiting after I was told 7 to 10 days I would not recommend them to anyone.. Go somewhere else. The first day I went in to the office A customer Coming to his car said Aspen dental sucks Wishing I had listened when he warned me Don't Go

      Here I was thinking I did something wrong, my husband and I went to Aspen dental in conway ,sc on may 2nd 2023, we went to see what our insurance company covered on dentures. We were told the computer system was down and we were given the full price cost and told in a couple of days hopefully the computers would be back up to give us our out of pocket cost. Well I have called the complaint line 2 times and gave the girl Sam my insurance info and she said they should contact u in a couple of days not! It has not happened yet, I am so dissatisfied with their service. And the bad thing is they r who our insurance company uses. If I could give them a zero I would have. All I wanted was to know how much money I would have to pay out of pocket. Do they not want money? I am so confused then read the other reviews and know why I have not heard anything. So sad ?? and they never call u back no matter how many messages u leave.

      My first visit to Aspen Dental was 12/13/22. On that date I paid for a full set of dentures and got a impression. Today is 6/9/23 and I still can't wear the set of dentures. This week I have called on 6/5/23 two times and left messages both times. I called 6/6/23 and left a message. I called again on 6/8/23 again I got the answering service. So I called the emergency # and spoke with someone, who said he could not help me since it was not an emergency. I called back and clicked on the number the answering service asked if I was a new patient . Someone answered, I said I would like to talk to the Dr. I was asked my name and phone number then put on hold, then I was told someone would call me and get me in touch with the Dr. I have been coming back almost every month and the dentures still are not right. Now I'm waiting for the office to call me back. I think after this I'm going over to the office. Beware of this office.

      Dis respectful to downright lier's. In the summer of 2019 I finally decided to get dentures and went to Aspen Dental on ******** ***. ************* **. I don't have much money so I asked intently would the fee they quoted me cover everything, the response of the young lady running the finance depth there said "absolutely ". Yet after the final fitting on my uppers I asked how long before we do the lowers, their response was " oh no, you have to pay separately for the lowers". After a long and loud argument with the finance lady I walked out and swore I'd never go back to Them again. So, coming up on 4yrs I still can only wear the uppers, the lowers have turned black on the gum area. I would love to know what the corporate office would say.

      I gave Aspen Dental a try even after all of the horrendous reviews. Unfortunately, they did not disappoint. Service was performed on an existing tooth. The claim was submitted to the insurance company indicating a missing tooth which the insurance does not cover based on the "missing tooth clause." This caused the claim to be denied. The tooth was extracted next to the area where the implant had to be inserted. This information should have been submitted on the claim. Because of this, the insurance claim was denied, and a bill for the patient's responsibility of over $700 was sent to me. I called the Aspen office in Myrtle Beach, where the service was performed, and was told there was nothing they could do. I requested the corporate office's telephone number and was told they did not have one. I asked to speak to an office manager and was provided with the corporate office number. I called the corporate office, discussed the situation, and was told that there was a tooth extraction on the tooth next to where the implant took place, which indicates there was a tooth extraction. Overall, ensure preauthorizations from Aspen before getting any work done. Claims are submitted without all the information, leading to higher patient bills. Good luck to anyone who chooses them as their dentist.
