There customer service is terrible, received defective part, they sent me a return label and return number, returned part and got a partial refund? They took out return shipping, $9.95, and 15% restocking fee, total about $25. I didn't return the part because I wanted to, I returned it because the part was defective. I shouldn't have to pay shipping on there defective part or 15% restocking fee, that tells me their putting a defective part back on the shelf for someone else to buy, sounds like a ***** to me! I tried several times to talk to customer service with no luck, I left a call back number, no one call, I left my number with the the receptionist, no one called! Tried to talk to anyone else but was told their was no one to talk to. After reading other reviews on the BBB site, I see there are several other customers not happy with USA *********************************************/**********************. Never buy from these Clowns.

After purchasing the Trailblazer Slick Wheelie I received the item and installed it as the directions said. I hooked up my motorcycle on the (new never used before) system after 1 mile on the road I make a turn and the slick wheelie broke dropping my motorcycle and damaging my bike. I have emailed and called the company and both goes unanswered, I received 1 email after sending pictures while the bike was still attached to the broken slick wheelie and the sent a generic email stating that the straps were not placed wide enough. They based their answer in the fact that pictures I sent when the bike still hooked to the broken hitch and after me picking up my bike and collecting the straps from the ground. Shame shame shame no answer from the company and no money back. They ghost you and wont give money back at least for the poor quality hitch that now is going to cost me 3 times that in damages to my motorcycle.

I purchased the rally wagon, after 2 years of saving and daydreaming, it arrived and the packaging was perfect, no tears, no holes, the driver drops it off and due to him being a danger to traffic in my residential neighborhood I told him to leave. I opened my pallet and everything looked good, except I only had 1 independent torsion axle, not the 2 required. I contacted them told them which side I needed and even sent a pic so that they could verify, and they mailed me 1 out, I would still be able to make my trip I had made deposits for, only the next Fri I get the axle, and it's for the same side, they're closed for the weekend and as luck would have it, closed that Monday for labor day. I email them and they treated me as a liar and a fool because their "warehouse manager personally pulled my axle" so I email them a picture of 2 axles for the same side, no apologies but they do mail out another axle, this time hooray, or at least I thought, it was for the correct side, but the angle was different, it sat 1.5 inches higher than the other side, I emailed them and they got short with me asking that out of 2 pair of axles, none of them matched? I only had 1 pair and an odd, I swapped out the other 1 and it was 3/4 of an inch different than the other side. I email them explaining what was going on, sent photos and they pretty much said tuff, wanted me to return the trailer and let them decide what they would refund me, and refused to do any more business with me. Clearly quality control has no standards on the angle the axles should be welded at, I'll have to rig the trailer to make it level, this is unsafe, and I shouldn't have to do that on a brand new product. I imagine every trailer they have sitting around are not level, that's dangerous for several reasons and it'll cause uneven ware on the tires. Not once ever did they apologies, only threatened league action when I mentioned my cc company charging it back to them beings I never received what I ordered.

I purchased a motorcycle pull behind trailer in July 2023 and received the wrong bolts and instructions.I emailed and call them and they informed me that they would send another bolt package but could not get me the instructions to assemble the trailer until the end of the year.Do your self a favor STAY AWAY from company as there is no services after the sale!

I bought a batwing/fairing from vector batwing fairings and was billed by towblazer **** When I received the batwing, I found multiple manufacturers defects that should not have passed quality control. When contacting customer service I sent over pictures of the poor workmanship, they insisted it was in quality specifications. Only solution they gave me was to pay 250$ to return it, or fix it myself. I do not recommend buying anything from this company or vector batwing fairings.

I bought the Legend pull behind motorcycle trailer. I have to admit it was the styling that was my main attraction . They put in print that the trailer might need some cosmetic fine tuning I guess figuring everyone that purchases it is going to change the color.. what the disclaimer actually does is allow them to cover their butts for manufacturing a marginal quality fiberglass shell of the trailer and if youre extremely fussy you will be doing cosmetic bodywork! The carpet lining wasnt actually fit all that well but it passable. The weather seal that seals when the lid is shut was all screwed up so I pulled it all off( no water issues so Im not certain it needed to be there to begin with) .The thing that got me the most was the homemade (big difference from hand made btw) bent aluminum channel that the lid latch pivoted underbeing in the manufacturing business myself I would have been embarrassed to send something poorly engineered out my door on second thought something of that quality would have never left our shop. Other than that Ive pulled my trailer probably 6k plus without one difficulty and I have to admit I do believe its price points are very reasonable so if youre a bit handy with fine tuning its a decent investment

If you value honesty, go somewhere else. I received a quote for a tow dolly by phone. It was then confirmed via text. I gave them a $500 deposit over the phone. Then I drove over 4 hours to pick up my new trailer and they refused to honor the price I was quoted. The manager wasnt even man enough to come out and speak to me. He hid behind one of his warehouse workers. If they cant even stand behind a quoted price, what are the chances they stand behind their products?
