06/03/24 to repair shower faucet or replace with new one. They replaced with new one then tore an unnecessary hole in wall behind bathroom saying it was leaking but it was not. Said would send another employee out to repair but did not. I was over charged and lied to and now hire sheetrock repairBusiness response

Good morning **** ********
We were called out to give you an estimate to repair the shower faucet or replace it with a new one.
When we came out, there were several feet of clutter and clothes that we quite literally had to climb through and over. We looked at the issue, and gave you an UP FRONT price on what it would be to fix, and you agreed to it.
In order to access the shower faucet components, we had to access it behind the wall, which required us to cut the sheetrock. When we gave you the estimate, we gave you the option to add on an access panel, (which covers the sheetrock hole and allows access to the components).
You denied wanting to add an access panel but wanted to proceed with the fix.
We fixed your issue (after spending lots of time cleaning the area up to do so), for the price you agreed upon.
After the work was complete, you called the office complaining about the price of the work we completed (for the price you agreed upon), and the hole in the sheetrock (that we offered an access panel to cover, and you declined).
To resolve this issue, we sent out an access panel directly to your home at NO additional charge, to mediate your complaint.
We have been transparent and more than willing to mediate any complaints, but we will not reimburse funds for work that was agreed to and completed in its entirety.
