I order dock buddy and cuddle kit..from this company in October 15 2023...I paid 165.00 dollars that immediately came off my credit card..Has taked to the owner that has said I will send it or it's on its way..Well as of 01 06 2024 . I still haven't gotten my product that I paid for. Had no problem getting the money but no productBusiness response

I did receive payment in full, and built and shipped the product to ********. Which I will include documentation of that. ******** stated that he did not receive the cull tags from that order so in a good faith attempt. I issued a (partial refund) for the cull tags since he stated that he received the dock buddy set. . He stated to me that he did not pay through PayPal, but I have the original transaction where it was paid through ****** and that’s where I refunded the $65 back to. At that point, when ****** releases the refund back into his account he can then transfer the funds back into the account of his choosing. I’m about to send you screenshots of this as well.
******** did not order through Dock Buddy USA, he ordered through me personally on ********. He paid on ****** for the following
(1) set of cull tags $65 dollars. For at total of $125
(1) set of Dock Buddies ($60)
There are four screenshots there that you should be able to click on the thumbnail and arrow through those. This is a receipt of the original transaction that shows where ******** paid on PayPal, there’s a screenshot on there that shows where I have issued the partial refund of $65 dollars. There is also a screenshot on there that shows where the original package was shipped to ******** and a screenshot of the usps tracking that says that the package was delivered. He is stating that only the dock buddy set arrived in that package, so that’s why I issued the partial refund for the cull tags. I felt that was the right thing to do.Customer response
