            Please see the supporting documents which I have uploaded. My check to De'zin FX for $550.00 was deposited by the company on March 23, 2022. On March 16, 2022, the company told me that the start date for my project would be March 21. The company estimated that 25 hours of work would be required, and that the project would be completed in two weeks. On April 5 the company told me that a Proof would be ready for my review by Saturday, April 9. My last conversation with the company was on April 14. Voice messages left by me on April 21 and again on April 26 have not been returned. I also sent the company a letter by e-mail on April 26. Based on the start date of March 21, we are now in the sixth week of the project. To date (April 27) I have not received any tangible product from the project, whether that be a Proof or even Sample pages. My primary goal is to receive the completed Proof, and soon. If the company cannot deliver on its quote of March 11, and soon, my secondary goal is to receive a full refund of the $550 payment.
