I purchased an irrigation system this past year. It has a 2 year warrantee. One of the sprinkler heads was defective. I called the company and they repaired it. However, they sent me a bill for $147.00 on 10/19/22 (invoice # ******). I have called several times and could only get their answering machine and they do not return my calls. I would like to resolve this problem. Thanks for your help.Business response

I contacted Mr. ****** ********** on 11/14/22 after receiving a notification from the Better Business Bureau that there was a complaint. We completed a repair for Mr. ********** on 10/10/22. We replaced a Broken ** Rotating Nozzles that had been run over by a vehicle. Our 2 year warranty only covers malfunctions and not broken parts. This was told to the customer multiple times. We completed the repair, and I emailed the invoice, and he has not contacted me since the repair. I always return calls. The first that I am hearing of a problem was when I received the notification from the Better Business Bureau today.
I spoke to Mr. ********** and explained to him that the part was clearly broken and had been run over and that the invoice was still due.

Forever Green Irrigation installed a residential irrigation system for me 6/28/21 - 7/1/21. I utilized this system on 7/2 and 7/5 per the schedule set by the Forever Green Irrigation technician, which totaled 2 hours usage. On 7/7/21, an irrigation pipe cracked and a water leak began, which continued nonstop until the late afternoon of 7/12. The pipe repairs were completed at the end of the day on 7/13. My billing cycle for the water bill ended on 7/14. As a result of the 6-day water leak, my July water bill was $303.56. I have been attempting to obtain payment in the amount of $250.00 from Forever Green Irrigation as their portion of liability for damages cause by their irrigation pipe break since July 14 to no avail. Even though Forever Green does not take responsibility for water bills. We have agreed with the customer to send a check for the amount of $250. The check was made out last Friday and mailed to the customers home address.
