I paid Carolina Turf & Greenery $1,475 on 9/16/2021 as a 50% deposit to put down sod in my backyard after receiving Invoice #4375 from Stephen, the CTG employee who came to my house and provided the estimate. I contacted the company in November and again in December to find out when the work would be done. I received a text from Nick who identified himself as Stephen's boss on 12/03/2021 informing me that the work would be done the following week. It was not. I have tried to contact the company but have not heard back from CTG since then after sending multiple text messages, leaving voicemails, and sending emails. I sent one last email today. Next step is small claims court.Business response

I have contacted the customer. A check to refund his full deposit has been issued and mailed.Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Assuming that I do indeed receive the refund check as promised.
