I didn't want to do this; I was hoping Jon was good for his word. Unfortunately, he is not. I have been trying to work with them on completing the job that was done inaccurate. Jon stated all product was 100% guaranteed, He knew the sod was going to have issues because he put it was left on the skid to long. I have dead sod, a gate that does not open all the way, I was shorted 4 yards of rock (confirmed with Hansen) and not sure how much but also shorted on dirt as you can see the ground was not brought level. There are shrubs that did not get pulled and the drain was not ran to back of my yard. The post put in for the fence gate was not filled in, and huge hole is now being created. When the weed blankets were laid down, they were laid on top of grass and weeds and now it’s all growing through they did not added dirt or till it up. The plants provided had been sitting in his yard from previous job and when planted dried out and look poorly, also I didn't get input on what I wanted. And when they did plant them they didn't even get the root ball all the way in the hole and covered . I had them make a gate on my fence, and they didn't even do the landscaping so it could open all the way I have provided pictures so they cannot come back and say I was hard to make happy ect as I see their responses to some reviews in google. They did not perform the Jon they were paid in fill for and what they did do most was not correct. So they made profit by not providing what was paid for. I have the text messages where he admits he owes me more rock and the work that needs to be finished along with what I paid for the job. I also just found out when coming to BBB site they have 3 alerts that came out after I hired them on licensing
