Communication started out great on the front end. The day of the move, they were an hour late. Two employees and the owner loaded the truck. Crew members left, then the owner said he had to "run by the office". Five to six hours later, three crew members (two different, one from the original job) showed up at the new location (which was only 1.5 hours away); with other people's stuff in the truck. They ended up going to another job after they left ours. Our TV, lamp, and vanity arrived broken with no explanation. They finally got the truck unloaded at 9pm. The crew leaves, then 10 minutes later knocks on our door wanting to use our microwave to heat Chinese food. The owner had crew members call 2 times to collect payment after they left. It is now going on 9:30-10:00 and they continued to call. We called the owner and said we haven't even eaten or left the house waiting on them, and we would send payment the next day (which we did). We waited on them with no communication and basically being lied to for 5 hours, they can wait on us now. Took 4 days to be reimbursed for the TV. Caveat Emptor.

Sorry about the shipment delay but 1 star I feel is beyond overkill we replaced the tv the stuff was delivered safely and the same day please change at your convenience thank you
