Back in December of 2023 I decided to do business with the store Piez Boutique located in Greenville sc. I committed with them via Instagram dms and we agreed to do consignment on items I had that I wanted to get rid of. I committed with them for a week telling them I would be traveling 3 hours away from where I live to do business with them. I also communicated with them days prior stating I would be coming on a Sunday. I drove there and there was no communication before hand about them not being in the store so I wasted gas and time to come for them not to be open. They apologize and said it was an emergency and I agreed ti ship my items to there store which I would’ve done from the jump if they communicated that. After shipping my items it took them 2 weeks to even make a spread sheet for me so we could have some way to track what item sold and for how much. The spread sheet was never updated and any time an item sold, I was unaware unless I reached out to them. I was only paid for 3 out of the 6 items that sold and I requested the other 5 back due to poor communication and delayed payments. Anytime I would ask for an update I was ignored or told it would be sent the same day and never received the payment. I am still Owed for my last 3 items which totals to $210 that I am owned after It was suppose to be sent to me since February 27th, 2024. I have still been reaching out with no response in regards of my payment. My next step will be small claims if the issue is not resolvedBusiness response

Dear BBB Representative,
We appreciate the opportunity to address the concerns raised by *** ***** ***** regarding his experience with our store, Piez Boutique.
We regret any inconvenience *** ***** may have experienced during our consignment arrangement. Our intention is always to provide excellent service to all of our clients, and we take feedback seriously.*** ******* statement is concerning to us, as it is has many fallacies. Regarding *** ******* claims, we'd like to clarify the following points:
1. While *** ***** states that he has not been paid for everything sold we have attached an Official document from BOA showing other wise. He said we didn't pay him the "$210" for the remaining three ASSC tees ,"that we owed him" when in fact we paid him $270 was the actual amount as shown on the Official Document attached above.
2. He was paid through ***** on March 30th and he continues to spread false narratives about our store which can be very impactful to our business since it revolves around our credibility. He has voiced his opinion through ****** ******* which he has been the only negative comment which we had to have removed because he was attacking us personally calling us "clowns" .
3. Patience is key in Consignment not everything sales right away.
