On 4/1/2024 I placed an order with eford commissary. I was given a confirmation of the order and an email. The next day 4/2/24 my bank account was charged the $98.55 for the order but was not given tracking information. On 4/13/24, 4/14/24, 4/16/24 and 4/17/24 I contacted Eford Commissary through email and phone number with no response. The phone goes to what sounds like an old answering machine recording. I am reporting this company as fraud to my bank and want my funds returned. DO NOT use this company it is a scam and preys on people hoping to provide goods to loved ones in a facility.Initial Complaint

On March 1,2023 I made a purchase for around $175. Tried calling serveral times some times a voice mail can be left other times not allowed. Found several phone numbers some vm not even set up. Left several emails as well. Need help I ve been beet out of my money.Initial Complaint

Made purchase on 2/28/23 w/credit card of $46.89, received order confirmation 2/28/23 and that payment was received via email along with a 30points Rewards on next purchase-no tracking info given. March 1st I began leaving voice mails at 1-864-********, as to the date my pkg was to ship, tracking #, then on 3/8th called again and said please return my call-nothing Called again on 3/10& 14, 3/16 and that I did not receive it. I also emailed same info to *************efordcommissary.com and sent same message to "Laura" the live chat agent requesting refund - no response to any of my attempts. As of this date 3/16/23, the items have not been received nor a tracking # anywhere. I sent final email today telling them I was filing complaint with the BBB & contacting the AG office. I have disputed these charges w/my credit card company as well. I just want my money back for products I did not receive.Initial Complaint

On 11/16/22, I ordered personal hygiene and grocery from E-ford commissary.com. They charged my credit card and I received a confirmation number for the order. They never sent the package to ******** Correction Facility. Over the last week, I’ve emailed and chatted with customer Support Laura, s and received a response that the package was mailed out two days later. I've called customer service but no answer and the voice message is full. I still have not received a response or the package. My loved one was depending on this package for Thanksgiving but was not delivered I paid $69.95 and I would like my money back. They are uncooperative and will not answer me back. After placing the order I discovered that the company has been scamming people. It’s now 11/26/22 and still no packager refund. I would greatly appreciate someone could help with this matter. This company is stealing from customers for its gain. This company should not be allowed to stay in business. The company business certificate should be revoked do bad practices.Initial Complaint

I ordered from e-commissary a shirt and a pair of sneakers I spent over $100. There was never any tracking number or status of shipping listed which led me to call them because I didn't know if the stuff had been delivered yet. I did a chat a couple times and the person told me they were the only one working they apologized and that my order was going to be out and shipped on the following Tuesday. It never happened. Then I couldn't get anybody to answer my chats I could not get anybody to answer the phone I left several messages. Next thing you know I look at my account and it had been credited and then a new order was sent out which looked very weird because it wasn't even the same stuff that I ordered. It seems like they're going to try to make things right but then when I called again their mailbox was full and nobody answered. To this day nobody has returned my calls. I don't know if they're in an employment crisis or if this is a scam. Ultimately my son never received anything from them. I can also tell you that I believe that they are selling customers information because the day I ordered stuff from them and gave them all of my information suddenly my phone started blowing up with sales calls. A ton of them like one every 10 minutes it was very weird! And did not stop for about 2 weeks. Coincidence.. Maybe but I don't think so.Initial Complaint

On 8/17/21 I ordered 2 shirts from E-ford commissary.com. They took my money and never sent the package. Over the last month I’ve called left messages, emailed and still have not yet received a response or the package! I paid $32.95 and I would like my money back. They are uncooperative and will not answer me back. They are scammers. It’s now 11/3/21 and still have nothing! Please please help me with this manner, and shut them down! As I’m reading the reviews they are scamming everyone!! Help me please!
