We have a termite contract with this company. we paid 1295.00 for a lifetime contract. We were to pay yearly fees when treatments were done. After many calls I finally reached a John D****. He said he would have the treatment done. The company that owns the chemicals in the contract no longer allow them to use their chemicals. He has not called back or sent anyone out. There are at least 6 people on ******** that have been scammed. When you call the number a person says they have been sold. They are at the same address. They need to give our money back if they are not coming.Business response

I have used Carolina Pest Patrol (CPP) for several years and the service person has been courteous and appeared to be thorough. They installed the ********* termite bait station system around my home in 2018 and have supposedly been checking it annually. I was able to call one of their technicians in June 2022 to schedule the annual inspection. He came on 6/29/22 and did an inspection for termites, I assumed he checked the bait stations too. I received an invoice and paid the required $200. It came to my attention from a previous Carolina Pest Patrol employee, on 8/24/22 that CPP no longer have a license to use the ********* bait system and customers had been complaining about CPP. I tried to call CPP, but they do not answer the phone or return calls. I inspected several of my bait stations and found that they were full of mud and had apparently not been inspected for a year or more. I couldn't reach the CPP technician either. To summarize: 1. They failed to inspect my ********* bait stations or tell me that they did not. 2. Because of this my home does not have termite bait or treatment to protect it until the next inspection in a year. 3. Carolina Pest Patrol cannot be reached by phone. 4. If I cannot contact them and they don't call back, what good is the insurance policy I supposedly have through them in case of termite damage?Business response

I called the customer and assured him he is still in good standing with our company. We are in the process of new management and will be getting customers back on track once all the licenses are renewed. Which should be next week Monday 9/19/22Customer response
