      Rocket pest is a fraud. They do not return calls. Are dishonest in what services they will provide for the price. Tell your neighbors.

      I have been with ****** for 7 years to they sold to ROCKET. I would not recommend them. They don't return your calls but will if it you need to pay them. They keep telling us someone will call us back and no one ever does. Kelly the sales guy is absolutely no help. They also double charged me for the pest control. They also stated they upgraded my Termite stations and did not. I paid for the services for a year, and they still have not made it right! I'm currently looking for another company. They are the worst!! Oh, and they have a habit of not showing up. You are getting charged for their services you are not getting. Buyer beware.

      Rocket pest bought ******* and have to keep for termite warranty. They added services and would not tell me who approved the services as they would bill me. Asked for manager and they left me on hold for a hour when I asked for a manager. FRAUD business practices. DON’T use if you value honesty.

      Very little this company does is done to any minimum quality standard. Associate communication, product application, billing for services, proper application of payments to accounts, ability to follow basic instructions...all of this is done poorly and with repeated error. Canceling today by letter. A phone call will go nowhere. There are no managers or leaders in the organization that step up. No calls are returned. Everything appears to be left to hourly folks to figure out and fix.

      We have had them for awhile now but were called a couple of different companies in the past until they were bought out by Rocket. Let me say that for what we pay is not worth the cost. The people that come to the house are great but we have had termite damage that is supposed to be covered by them and I have shown them the damage but all we get is that we will send someone out but that's all we get is lip service. No one contacts us or asks about the termite damage, nor do the return messages about it but continue to bill us for the service. Garbage company. Do yourself a favor and go with anyone else or no one at all.

      They collect 5 payments from me and have not schedule service. Customer Service, haha - just leave a message and maybe will call back.

      Rocket Pest Control sent a text out of thin air that they were coming the next day to spray our house for it's annual pest control. My wife and I had never heard of them nor had we ever scheduled an appointment for them to service our property. We responded in text that we did not schedule it and they did not need to come to the house. The next day they sent a text less than 1 hour before arriving. We responded to not come. We never asked for the service and we cancelled the one they set themselves. Rocket Pest came anyway and sprayed. After the last call to Rocket Pest sharing that we never set the appointment, asked for the appointment, and we also cancelled what they created they said they would not charge us for the service. We asked them to take us off of their list and we did not want to use any service they had. Now we received another text that they are returning for another service call (2 months later) for another 'annual' service. I called again and no one answers the calls but the "sales" team. I'm not sure what their employee at Rocket Pest is going to do on our property but they do not have permission to step on our property or conduct any service. I asked them to place us on their 'do not call' list and to never come to our house again. For the second time. I am now placing a harassments charge with the FCC under the telecommunications protection act for their actions.

      Is this fraudulent? No services have been provided and I do not have a contract with this company. They are sending invoices (several repeatedly in a minute). At some point they hung a flyer on my door and did not ring the bell or provide service but sent an email saying they provided a service and demanded payment. My security cameras confirmed this. I contacted the company, only to be sent more innocuous forms that look like an invoice. I’m fearful that a fraudulent organization has been sold my contact information. I’ve reached out to the company repeatedly to clarify the matter without resolution. Also, there are quite a few companies in Greenville, SC with the same name. I’m worried others will share their personal and financial information with this platform.

      Spencer Pest has purchased serveral local pest companies. They are billing for services not performed by the companies they purchased. There are many complaints on **** **** ***. This is attempted theft under the name of the companies they purchased.

      if you choose to use ***** **** do so at your own risk. I reached out to ****** to explain the damage done to my screens, not once did he accept that his workers they outsourced did a poor job (outsourced company World Pest). He refused to own up to a poor job even though I explained to him the tent was put up with poor lighting and at 8 pm at night. With NO supervisor present . ****** himself had not walked the property to advise me PRIOR TO THE TENTING if the screens were insufficiently pulled back, but is quick to say it was not have been pulled back sufficiently. My house was scheduled to be tented between 3 and 6 pm no one showed up till 8 pm. no one called to explain the delay. The workers were tired they looked tired, they ripped 4 screens that were already opened sufficiently their goal was to get the tent up even if it damaged my property and lack of supervision. My house has been tented several times prior and I am aware how wide the screens needed to be opened. Goodies does the bare minimum of all the inspectors I have ever had prior. he never inspected the house by his trained eye, but is quick to write a contract to be aware. It cost me $400 more to repair the damage caused by his negligence and that of his crew. THERE WAS NO SUPERVISOR on the job when the tent was put up, someone showed up at 8:30 pm when the tent was already up. If there was a zero rating that's what they deserve. wet foot marks all over my house, very disrespectful.

      We have investigated the claims made by this customer.  ******* documents and verbal instructions are that screen removal is the sole responsibility of the homeowner.  Screens must be removed or pulled back sufficiently for a tent fumigation to be performed properly and for a "seal" to be achieved.  The screens unfortunately were not prepared properly.  The alternative to the fumigators removing the screens would be for the job to have to rescheduled since it was not prepared properly.

      ***** does not promise a firm time or even time frame when it comes to fumigation as it is impossible to forecast what issues may be encountered during the day that might delay the fumigators.  The fumigation company was later than the "estimated" time but the job was completed.  A licensed "shooter" of the fumigant must be, and was in fact present, to introduce the gas into the structure so the job was properly supervised by law.

      We are sorry the customer is unhappy, particularly about the screens, and we apologize if we didn't do more to set the proper expectations about the screens and what needed to be done.  That being said, it was not negligence by the fumigators but rather a necessity to remove/pull back the screens in order for the job to be successful.
