I had been receiving Roses Express advertisement as I signed up for, so the week of September 25,2023 thru September 30,2023 I had a advertising sales flyer stating Roses Discount stores we’re having a Huge 2-Day Layaway Event so on September 29th I went to take advantage of this event, after shopping for 25 minutes in Roses I was ready to layaway my items only to be told by a male store manager that THEY ARE NOT HAVING SUCH A EVENT as they don’t do layaways, he did call around to the other Roses stores who also said They Are Not having such a event, so I informed him of the Layaway Event Email Flyer and he said he understood But their store wasn’t doing such a Event as they don’t do Layaways. I put all items back left the store and called Roses Home Office with concerns of False Advertising. I was sent to varies different people who weren’t available so I would leave messages with my concerns of FALSE ADVERTISING as the flyer Never said that only specific Roses stores were having this Special Event, But it indicate certain sale items in the flyer may not be in stock at each store location. I did get a call back only to give me a different person to call who could possibly see why All Roses stores weren’t participating in the Special Layaway Event Advertised. As of today there have not been Any Call backs from Sheila A***** at (252)******** as she was the person I was told could get me answers. I have left her numerous messages. Please if you can investigate to see why the Roses Discount Express (******) Franchise don’t honor their Sales Advertising. Thank you Cathy L** (864) ********
