I scheduled an appointment with Reagan for brows and was initially pleased with her work. Encouraged by that positive experience, I decided to book a hair appointment with Shannon. Unfortunately, Shannon's service fell short, with accidental scratches and subpar results. Undeterred, I returned to Reagan for a second brow appointment, clearly expressing my desire for minimal shaping—specifically, just the middle and by my eyelids. Despite my specific instructions, Reagan took 1/8 off my left brow and 1/4 off my right brow in the middle, causing me to cry throughout the day. This unexpected outcome has left me deeply upset, and I'm struggling to come to terms with it. As someone new to the area, this has been one of my most disappointing experiences. In summary, I'm truly beside myself and find it challenging to look at myself in the mirror without crying.

We are deeply sorry you had a negative experience. I have consulted with Reagan, as well as made comment on how great I thought your brows looked when you checked out. I didn’t even know about the situation until after you made mention that you were unhappy. I thought they looked phenomenal, otherwise I wouldn’t have said anything. Reagan was equally upset due to your response to her work. We definitely pride ourselves on being brow experts, and she knew during your first experience that you didn’t want the middle touched at all. At your second appointment she felt she had gained your trust in her and was pleased that you had asked her to clean up the middle, as they weren’t symmetrical as they were. All our estheticians have extensive training on the art of brow mapping and are very meticulous about their work! The amount that was taken was based on your exact face shape and brow map. Having said that, I just want to suggest some advice for any future brow artist you go to: communicate very clearly that you only want strays gotten, preferably plucked and not waxed, and not just to clean up the middle, even minimal, as that’s still pretty broad. Those exact words let them know to map out the entire unibrow area and begin the brow where the indentation of the crease on your nose is. So despite your measurements of how much was taken off, it is what made the brows more symmetrical for your face shape. Again, we apologize for your negative experience and we hope you can come to trust us again. I know I certainly thought they looked incredible, even though you didn’t. Our apologies again. Thanks for the review and input. All we can do is apologize and do better going forward.
