The company sold me a tire that was no good i spent $142 on this tire that they added extra pressure to while trying to balance the tire which untimely cause the tire to be unbalanced and causing the car to shake while driving the. Manager didn’t do anything but catch an attitude with me and said go to small claims court, i am a single mother and i cannot afford this loss and they are refusing to refund me. The company also has minors working for free under this horrible work conditions they have loose dogs running around and they are vicious.Business response

Customer purchased a new tire from Hwy Tires and More for the total amount of 140.00 plus a 2.00 transaction fee.That included the tire, installation, computer balanced and disposal of the old product.Most passanger tires are inflated at 40psi unless customer requests a certain amount of pressure or use the vehicle placard for guidence. Customer brought the tire and wheel by hand.Customer called back a couple days later, we offered to fix the issue or at list to inspect the tire since customer claimed it was a bad tire at the beginning of her phone call.Customer had a mechanic to fix the issue by balancing tire.We didn't find common ground with customer therefore, we suggested small claims in order to keep this issue from escalating any worst.Computer balance a tire like we sold is an average of 10.00 to 15.00 on labor.We didn't get a chance to inspect our work but, we are willing to refund the cost of the tire balance if need it.If we can help any further please let us know.
