Their website says the product is in-stock but when you place your order and they take your money then you learn that they don't have it so it's back ordered. This is not the first time this has happened. From the reviews I'm reading, it's not just me. It seems like a common practice with them. Don't buy anything unless they can confirm 100% that it's in stock. Then after that, if it's back ordered write a 1 star review.Review from LINDA H

Fresh Water Systems has GREAT customer service. They tirelessly worked with us trying to get us the part we needed to install our new undersink faucet/filter system. Wish there were more companies like this one.Review from Michael B

I ordered a set of reverse osmosis water filters from them, but received a different filter that's incompatible with my system. I've contacted them several times to resolve the issue, but they are no longer responding. Do not buy from them. First, they needed photos, which I sent. Then after a week, I followed up and they told me the person who helped me was no longer with the company. I re-sent the photos and waited another week. After trying to follow up again, they are not responding. I guess I'm stuck. This is why ****** is taking over. I wanted to support smaller business, but you just can't tell anymore who's honest.Review from Thomas P

This company operates under several websites, ***********, FreshWaterSystems, *****, and I'm sure more that I haven't found yet. I ordered 1µ filters, and got a bunch of 5µ filters instead. They had a sticker that said 1µ, but the imprint on the filter itself said 5µ. I called and emailed every contact I could find to try to resolve this and get the right product, giving them the benefit of the doubt, maybe the picker/packer at the warehouse was just having an off day. I tried 3 different phone numbers and 6 different email addresses, and got no response. Be very careful if you get anything from them.
