      I hate that I'm now in a position of writing a bad review. I'm sympathetic about the issues around supply-chain and holiday vacations. However, I've had my vehicle being worked on for well over four months after a car accident. Every time I call, I'm told that there's a part that's being waited on or that the part is here but and they'll get around to it. I acknowledge that these things are somewhat out of there control due to supply-chain issues. However, every time I call, I'm routed to someone and I have to leave a voicemail that goes un-responded to. Very often I get tossed to three people before I even get to a person that has a clue about my question. That's what I have issue with more than anything else - the lack of updates and communication. I'm going on month five now. Month five. I think there needs to be some extra customer care for those of us who have had to wait this long. At a minimum, regular updates without me having to reach out each and every time. It's a ***** ***** - not a *****. It should not take this long to repair a car.

      This is Toyota of Greer. I don't see a ******* **** with a Mazda Miata at our location. Typically back order parts of a Mazda or at a Mazda dealership. If this is pertaining to the Mazda dealership the BBB complaint needs to be listed under the Mazda dealership. If the car is at Toyota of Greer please respond with the name it's under and i will look into but I don't think this complaint is for the right dealership. Thank You

      I bought my car in for a regular maintenance and I had a battery issue that needed replacing, it wasn’t about the price because I know that it was time for a battery. What I’m totally concerned about is just because I am a female I wasn’t born yesterday and I do know a little about cars. The point that I am making if I bring my vehicle to the service department and I am telling what the car is doing, but the customer service representative is only focusing on a sale instead of listening to the customer. I telling them my camera detection is off and needs to be reset and I had to miles up there to with two anointing lights on the maintenance light and the camera light detector the whole time I am driving, and when the technician is finished with my car, and get in my car to go home, the maintenance is off, the camera light is still on . The main purpose was the technician to what I asked him to do, instead of brushing it off as a problem that cannot fixed in a day, that I would have to bring the car back. I am tired of male technicians trying to make female customers feel as though we have no knowledge of what is going. I should know what the vehicle is doing I drive it every day.

      I'm sorry to hear about your experience. Some diagnostics take longer than some and sometimes we do have to hold vehicles for a little bit longer to make sure we know what the problem is. I would be more than happy to have my Service Director and our Senior tech diag your car for no charge to let you know what is wrong with it and how much it will be to repair it. Again I'm sorry for this.
