      Will never order from them again. Never provided me with a tracking number for either the dress or the stickers I ordered. Received the dress but not the stickers. When emailing them for just the tracking number they said it was delivered and to contact my post office for help. I sent a response back saying I needed the tracking numbers in order to do so, again they responded with contact my post office cause they show it was delivered. Guess. What no stickers, no way to track it and no way to get a refund cause they claim it was delivered. Shame on them and shame on me for continuing buying from them. Will never do that again.

      We show both of your packages as delivered and sent you tracking for both. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages and always recommend adding shipping insurance at checkout which you did not. If we can be of further help let us know.

      Clothing used to be great! Recently ordered, hoping reopened company was the same. Its not. Sizing is awful! Inconsistent from item to item. Material is not the same. Its rough and scratchy. I needed to return, got approval from Ambrie but it seems they cant find my return so no refund.

      The company sent me the wrong item. I ordered a 6T and they sent me an infant sized item. When I contacted customer service they were rude and said they don't ship the items a third party in China does. They took zero ownership of the error event though the order was through their company. I sent the item back with a tracking number on May 11th. It was delivered to them the morning of May 15th. On May 22nd I emailed them asking when I will receive my refund. They replied within fifteen minutes stating they had ten days to refund me my money. On My 31st at 7:45 am (sixteen days after they received my return) I emailed them again after contacting my credit card company asking them when I will get my refund. They did not reply. I emailed them again at 2:11 asking them to reply to me by the end of the business day. They did not reply. On June 1st, after not receiving a refund or hearing back from the company, I filed a dispute with my credit card company. They are currently disputing the charges for me. The responses from this "customer support" were the rudest responses I have ever seen in my life. They were so disrespectful to me and never once tried to make this right before taking off with my returned item and my money. Their company made the mistake and they were treating me like I was the problem. There are plenty of other companies that ship their items through a third party in China that also provide good customer service. I would select zero stars if it was an option.

      This was a response from support after I made a mistake with the shipping address and asked if it could be fixed: “***** you ordered it not us. You put the wrong address not us, but we have bad customer service. **** is wrong with you. Don’t eat tide pods.”

      They closed down, and reopened but are NOT any better. I placed a 200 dollar order over a month ago and it never shipped! Customer service is rude and hateful. Their website states 3-5 day processing and 3-6 business day shipping. Here we are 30 days later and still not shipped. I email them and their response is always the same, it’ll be there by 2/28….We are far passed that date! I asked for a refund or cancellation they say it’s nonrefundable. So I spent 200 on a nonrefundable order that never shipped? Very corrupt, don’t waste your time or money!

      The Figment Haunted Mansion leggings are absolute precious!!! Cute theming and the colors are vibrant. The fabric and construction are the same great quality I have come to expect from Ambrie leggings. I have purchased tons of leggings from Ambrie in the past and have loved every single pair. I order them for my autistic daughter who wears them every day. I have some that have withstood years of washing and still look great.

      It is a nice looking shirt but it might as well be a tank top. Sleeves are extremely short. Do not buy unless you have super toned arms .

      I had purchased 2 pairs of their leggings before they closed in 2020. I liked the idea of only having a couple of options with fitting multiple sizes. They are quite comfy, but they are rather thin regarding the fabric and my Stitch leggings have holes in them due to that fact. I bought another pair of leggings after they reopened and feel that the pair is thicker and the stitching stronger than the previous 2 pairs. I love the designs (being a Disney fanatic) so will undoubtedly buy another pair to wear around the house and run errands in.
