They are not truthful and do not return calls. Manager says one thing and does another. The Mrsp is 77,000.00 now. They overcharged me. Owners do not answer emails I need to speak to you. I purchased a new ******* Nov.17 2022. They quoted 102 thousand came down to 92 thousand dollars. I paid 7000.00 down. I paid 1st payment. 1776.83 on Jan 1, 2023. I was applying for a loan with Founders and your dealership would not give me mrsp. Founder's looked up value and the number they found was 77000.00. I was quoted a price on line but the price changed to New Market Value when speaking to them on the phone. I'm glad I didn't drive all the way only to discover the price quoted on line was simply a bait and switch scam. How can charging $5,000 over manufacturer suggested price be legal? Especially when you are quoted one price with no mention of an extra $5,000 dollar price increase because of New Market Value.Review from Oscar S

long story short, I purchased a 2016 Ram ecodiesel, 2 days after I drove it on the freeway and realized that the truck was making a noise on high rpms, took it to the dealer (5 days after purchase) they said the truck is good, noise became worst took it again and they didn't want to fix it. Good think I bought extended warranty and brought it to Dodge dealer. Shein the seller said they have a 15+ years mechanic exlpert on diesel trucks who checked before sell it, when I brought it to be checked they said no one had the knowledge to do it, so they basically washed his hands and they had a really bad costumer service on my experience.Review from Casey F

Bought my Rav4 here and enjoyed working with the sales associate. I am not a fan of the pressure the finance associate placed on purchasing a warranty and then made it very difficult for me to get it removed. I came back to cancel and was told it was cancelled but never received a check from the Warranty Dealership. When trying to call multiple times I was told she would call back but never did and then the dealership blocked my number.Review from Michael G.

I bought a 2022 Rav 4 earlier this year. My experience with the sales staff Kelly and Mark was pleasant. Unfortunately, when it came time to finish up with a financial manager the experience turned into a nightmare. Brooke B***** lied to me about the hybrid battery not being covered under the new vehicle warranty and warned that if I didn't purchase an extended warranty I'd have to come out of pocket $10k to replace it. She also lied about the cost of the extended warranties. A few days later once I realized the warranties added over $7k to my vehicle price I called Brooke to cancel them. She told me she took care of it and that I would receive the refund. Nearly 3 months later I just found out she never canceled and that she has also been lying to other customers as well. Brooke B******* conduct is unethical and down right disgusting. She should be fired. I hope Toyota of Greer does the right thing and rids themselves of this horrible person. I love my new vehicle, but the anxiety this situation caused was not worth it.Review from David B

Best dealership to work with. Everyone from Keith in service to the receptionist is always friendly. But I am here today to give a shout out to David in sales and the lovely Brooke in finance. Two of the most professional, patient people I’ve ever dealt with when buying a car and trust me, I didn’t make it easy! I love my new Corolla and I bought the maintenance and warranty package. Just wanted to thank you guys again. I will be back and I will refer anyone who is in the market.Review from Mike H.

Use caution and do not be charged for add ons that are 100% rip off. 299.95 Floor Mats that can be purchased for like 107$ from same dealership courtesy guard 1299 (etching glass I think) can be done for less than 100$ and is basically worthless. 399 Window Tint can be done anywhere for around half that 399.95 clear paint - Have no clue as to what this is. Bottom line stay away and you will not regret. Find somewhere else to do business. They will also rip you on financing if you are not very cautious.Review from Mar v

I am currently on the market for a new Toyota Tacoma and reached out to the sales department in Greer. Only to be told that “ Toyota doesn't do custom builds what all dealerships do is try to find something close as possible to what your wanting thats already made” when I have been told by 4 other dealerships that it is possible. I don’t understand why this person would tell me otherwise to push what they have on the lot already. The only reason I went to the Greer location was to see what they have as I have had a previous positive experience.Review from Sheila T.

My husband and I went to test drive a Tundra on 3/28/22. We settled on a price but, after discussing alot of new cars having chips, we were hesitant! While talking to Brooke B***** she said they have warranties that cover that!! My husband was hesitant about signing! It was after 9:00pm and he told her he would just sleep on it! Oh no, she responded that she would like for her sales lady to see us drive off in it after she had spent time with us and it was after 9:00 pm. Then she said if you sign and drive it home and don’t like it, we can let her know in the morning and she would cancel the contract! So at 11:00 am my husband calls her to tell her that he will be returning the truck that morning. He gets there and she makes up lies saying the finance guy had picked up our folder and already processed it! (after already telling us that they were trying to close out the months numbers) ?? of course she made up every excuse in the book!! She says he won’t be back until Friday due to a death in his family! (She also tells us that she couldn’t get her hands on the file after it was in another office) This was early Tuesday morning!! Then she says we can come back Friday and talk to him and see if he can get it cancelled! (We have yet talked to this so called guy) he goes back Friday and she says it can’t be canceled! (How convenient) so we tell her to cancel that warranty and service plan $7,234.00 total off of the contract! (We had no idea what we were buying because she had nothing in writing detailing what was and wasn’t covered under the plan) My husband had her cancel the warranty and service contracts online on 4/1/22 but, Brooke B***** didn’t give him any paperwork for this and the warranty company has NO record of the cancellation being processed! ?? We need paperwork and proof of cancellation being processed!Review from Logan G

If I could give zero, I would. So I Walked in with my husband and brother to have the sweetest guy named Alex help us. Because he had only been there for a month, he needed to shadow through the number process after test driving, I had the SLEEZIEST guy come up, his name is Christian and he was a douche bag the moment he sat down. I asked if I could take the car to my mechanic to look over, ask I’ve done every other car and had no issues, first he laughed in my face when I asked that and then stated he needed to go speak with his boss. He walked around the corner and came right back to us and told us he couldn’t let me mechanic look at the car. that made me want to LOL. I told him I have never had that problem before and then as soon as I told him I was going to look somewhere else, he came to me immediately and said my mechanic could come to them to see it. I just said ok and kept walking so he’d leave me alone. Then I get in my car and he comes to my window as I’m leaving and he says I can bring the car to my mechanic. So now we’re all questioning why the decision on that was changed in a matter of 5 min?? He couldn’t explain. NEVER AGAIN. Steer clear from CHRISTAIN. Alex was sweet as pie but they are some sketchy *** people and we will not go back, number one bc I was laughed at for asking a question and number two, the sketchiness and disrespect is crazy
