      I ordered a Mystery Box - the Mystery box would contain one Loungefly backpack and 2 other items. Received the order. Backpack was damaged. Asked for a return or replacement and I sent photos of the damage. Sent back entire box. Received the replacement shipment. Undamaged backpack but no other items I reach out. Am treated not so nicely. A few emails and over a month later No tracking on the items. Told to wait because they didn’t add tracking. I finally said enough was enough and said I would file with the BBB They responded with refunding 50 cents and they informed me they are now blocking me. I spent $90 on a subpar backpack when it was supposed to be a Loungefly backpack plus two other items. I’ve been scammed and now they’ve blocked me.

      Hello.  We apologize for the trouble. It looks like you purchased a mystery box for $30 which contains 1 backpack and a total retail value of $120 in items in the box. You were sent a backpack $80 and wallet $40.  This is $120. As you stated the backpack was damaged in shipment so we sent you a prepaid label and you returned the backpack and we resent an undamaged item in it's place, which you stated you have received. You did not return the wallet.  We also resent your free gift on 4/14. If you need more help please email ********WhitePolkaDots.com

      Better Business Bureau:

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********* and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. 

      I did not receive the extra “gifts”. And when I inquired, I was refunded 50 cents and then BLOCKED because I mentioned that I was going to contact the BBB.  You guys literally stated that there was NO TRACKING on the other items after I repeatedly reached out. I received NOTHING from the shipment you supposedly sent out in mid April.  THIS is why I’m here and making my complaint. You blocked me without sending me part of my order! And then slapped me in the face with a 50 cent refund. Come on! Do better!  This is the worst and I don’t deserve this.

      Yes you were refunded $0.50. You were sent the gifts 2 times without tracking as you were told. If you need help please email *******@whitepolkadots.com. Messaging BBB doesn't do anything as they are a paid marketing company, nothing more. We are here to help but your gifts were mailed 2 times. At this point we cannot continue to send more free items as you have received them 2 times, and they were free to start with. You have disputed the charge and now have stolen the item you did receive which is fraud.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. 

      White Polka Dots have insulted you as well. NOW they’re asking me to message Support!  Well their support team blocked me when I said was going to contact the BBB.  They say they’ve mailed out gifts twice but could not provide any tracking or proof!  These guys need to be shut down.

      April 2nd 89.33 was charged through shop pay in 4 (so 22.34) for a product that was instock and advertised that day. It was an impulse buy so I did contact the company but they said they did not accept cancelations. So I let it be. The shipping label was created that same day. April 5th i got an email saying the product was shipped. Approximately 2 hours later I got an email saying the item is out of stock and that I can order something else in exchange. At this point I want no business with them and ask for a refund. A customer service representative said they would. Normally that doesn't take long but its two days and nothing. The tracking number is ineffective now but no full refund yet.

      Refunds take 7-10 business days depending on your bank. This is common with all online transactions.
