I preorder some comics, paid, have copies of the orders on my computer to prove payment, for a total of ,$715.65. I had been buying from them for a couple of years, then all of a sudden, nothing. Some time in the past there could a delay with production, but always resolved in a few weeks. Well in October 2022 I released I haven't been getting some orders I placed in April, May, June, and July 2022, Many emails and promises. they were on the way, here we set $715.65 lost and no comic books. Order # *****- 4/13/2022 $144.12 Order # *****- 4/18/2022 $87.20 Order # *****- 5/16/2022 $121.27 Order # *****- 5/24/2022 $59.98 Order # *****- 6/6/2022 $126.06 Order # *****- 6/30/2022 $59.80 Order # *****- 7/28/2022 $116.58 And calling does no good. I placed 2 orders totaling $303.98 on July 18th (Order #***** - $149.50 & Order #***** - $154.48) and have not received the items or a refund. I have tried calling 22 times now and left messages each time. I have also emailed through their website as well as ******** and **** to get any information in regards to my order. I have not received and reply since my order was placed and I fear they have stolen the money. A ****** search shows others that have had the same problem in the last 6 months. I see that they are still selling out of **** so they are still operating but their website went down 2 weeks ago. Attached are copies of my orders, my attempts to contact through email (I also have called and sent emails through the website before it went down), Website showing it is not working and ****** reviews that show numerous other people that have paid and not received items or refund. I would really appreciate any help in contacting them on my behalf and the others that have given them money with no products sent to them. Thank you for your time. **** ********Initial Complaint

From a review of my records, I have placed a total of Six (6) confirmed and paid purchases/orders with Hanahan Comics, an online website that is Lorgan, LLC, that remain unfulfilled. These outstanding purchases date APR 4TH 2022 thru AUG 7TH 2022, for a cumulative total of $742.40. Orders outstanding are as (chronologically) follows: ORDER #***** - Apr 4th $087.18 ORDER #***** - May 9th $091.92 ORDER #***** - May 22 $178.47 ORDER #***** - Jun 5th $064.03 ORDER #***** - Jun 12th $166.78 ORDER #***** - Aug 7th $154.06 TOTAL VALUE: $742.40 I have made several attempts to contact Lorgan LLC / Hanahan, but have received no replies to email or telephone calls. Contact individual is John B*******. Lorgan LLC as Hanahan Comics also does business on **** and *******.com. I have found similar complaints to mine on various online message boards, and have posted a complaint of my own on ****, as I am an **** seller as well. As I know of no good way, as a customer, to hold an online seller responsible for not fulfilling an order/orders and essentially committing theft, I am appealing to the BBB for assistance. I am happy to provide any other information that I can, please contact me if something more is needed. Thank you very much.
